Historic, comfortable, felt like a queen

Richard was very accommodating; asking me what I wanted for breakfast that morning and making sure my room was comfortable. Very pleasant stay and I hope to return.

Beautiful stay and excellent host!

My wife and I stayed in the Nautical Room and we really enjoyed our stay! Richard, the host, was excellent. He was helpful in pointing us to a great dinner location and accommodated my request for a dvd player in the room. He also cooked a fantastic breakfast! The room exceeded our expectations. The decor was great, the room and bathroom were large, and the Jacuzzi tub was perfect to relax in! My only, very small, critique would be to have a larger television in the room.

Wonderful Stay

Great location with amazing atmosphere. I am so glad we came, we will be back!

A holiday retreat complete with a winter wonderland!

We stayed two nights at the inn to allow us to celebrate a wedding and two family Christmas celebrations in our home town. A beautiful blanket of snow completed the elegantly decorated inn, but we were cozy in our room and had a restful stay. Breakfast was great and we especially enjoyed our host!

Nice time

Nice comfortable place to relax. If a tad high priced

Very good accomodations.

When visiting Bellevue, my wife and I really like The Victorian Tudor Inn. The B&B is a little more expensive than some motels, but if you are planning to relax in your room for a while, it is a very nice, comfortable experience. It is a beautiful old restored home with many lovely antiques on display. There is ample parking. Richard, the innkeeper, is a very personable man and extends himself to make your stay a pleasant experience. He prepares an excellent breakfast, made to order. This time, we stayed in the "Royal Oak" room on the ground floor and enjoyed his French toast with bacon. It was DELICIOUS! This was not our first visit, nor will it be our last.

Unexpected luxury in a small town

4.6 on September 29, 2017

The Victorian Tudor Inn is a most pleasant surprise - a luxurious B&B with delicious home-cooked breakfasts and a charming and delightful proprietor who cares about his guests' experience - all in a small Ohio town that is a little off the usual path. If you are visiting the area or just looking for a romantic getaway, I highly recommend this B&B!

Bellevue gem

Our stay was great. The house is lovely and our accommodations were wonderful, as was breakfast. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful. The location is perfect for in-town visiting as well as nearby attractions.

Unique B&B, perfect for a romantic getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in the Nautical room and loved it! Our room had a large four poster bed and a 2 person jacuzzi tub, which was great. The furniture and decorations in our room and throughout the Inn were antiques, which we thought was interesting despite us not being involved in antique-ing at all. Richard was very personable and gave us great tips on places to eat in the area. Breakfast was delicious, fruit to start while he finished up the rest so everything arrived fresh and hot. He asked about allergies right off the bat and asked for our preferences for breakfast. Only slight downside is that parking is very limited, just enough for the number of people staying there, and the spaces are narrow, so when one person parked poorly we had to squeeze in and hope they wouldn't ding our car. But really, considering everything we got for the cost, that was so minor it didn't affect how I rated them. We would definitely stay again!

A unique and beautiful B&R and couldn't ask for a better host

We spent the night after a full day at Put in Bay. It was our first experience at a B&B. We found the Inn to be absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, and extremely homey and comfortable with unexpected luxuries like designer toiletries and amazingly soft robes. Breakfast was awesome, and Richard was an extremely charming and gracious host. A retired college professor and dean, Richard took the time to tell stories and give advice to our two college age daughters. He is a real sweetheart. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!
