Our home is a charming old farmhouse in rural Berlin Center, Ohio, which dates back to 1899. It was purchased and remodeled in 2014 to reflect a mix of the old and the new. It sits on 2+ acres with the 13 acre Mastropietro Winery in the back yard. The views of the vineyards and the winery from the house and backyard deck are breathtaking, making it a perfect place for a romantic getaway. Perfect for celebrating an anniversary, birthday, or special occasion. You can relax and enjoy the live music and outdoor festivities that are scheduled at the winery throughout the warmer months and in the winter months, unwind inside by the fireplace and enjoy the local artwork on display, or walk down to the winery for the live music indoors on weekends. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, clear starlit skies, and the complete peace and tranquility of the country setting. In addition to Mastropietro Winery, there are five other wineries within ten miles. Other attractions include two large public lakes, Berlin Lake and Lake Milton, where you can enjoy fishing, boating, hiking and skiing, Noah's Lost Ark Animal Sanctuary, Mill Creek Metro Parks provides hiking at the 262 acre Vickers Nature Preserve and horse shows are available at the 47 acre Buckeye Horse Park just down the road in the next town, an 11 mile bike and hike trail is only a fifteen minute drive away, and Hollywood Gaming Mahoning Valley Racino is less than 15 miles away. Please see our attractions page for a complete listing.

I typically stay at B&B's when I travel but this completely exceeded my expectations. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday weekend, four nights, five days. From the planning stages Brenda was so kind and informative. She suggested a lot of activities that would enhance our trip such as couples massages, wineries, and boating. The area is very quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Everything was very clean and organized, as though someone thought of everything you would need prior. There is coffee, tea, and snacks available throughout the house. Brenda asked our breakfast preferences prior to, which was different from some of the B&B's I've stayed at where the menu is already prepared. The fruit was fresh and the muffins were so tasty. We did the wine trail, collected all the charms, and dined locally at an upscale Italian restaurant. It felt so calming, time seemed to go by slower and we packed so much into our days with ample time by the fire pit at night. Can't wait to come back and try more wines and see more of the area. Thank you Brenda and Bob, Cheers!

I stayed here for a week with my husband, two children ages 14 and 8. My husband and his family call this area “home”. We made a 22 hour drive to Ohio to visit his home town. I have difficulty with long distance travel due to autoimmune disorders and chronic pain. Brenda was a welcoming, kind hostess and helped us get settled after our journey. The master bedroom has a spa tub in the bath, which was an absolute lifesaver for me! The house was very clean and well-furnished. We were there a year ago last week and I started longing for a return trip to this beautiful, relaxing home. Thank you, for everything! You will not regret choosing to stay here.

Cool 1899 farmhouse. Actually had the entire house to ourselves one night... Brenda was a fantastic host and made us two amazing breakfasts! Each room has a fireplace for heat and ambiance! Only negative was the occasional road noise...Two glasses of wine and no more road noise¿¿¿¿

We stopped on our way to a football game and was pleasantly surprised. The room was lovely and the blueberry muffins were yummy. We went to a few local wineries and had some nice wine with pretty views. Thank you for your hospitality Brenda!

My husband and I stopped on our way to a football game. We loved our room and the winery that is in the backyard of the B & B. Brenda was a lovely hostess and her blueberry muffins did not disappoint! We will be back! Kim & Alan

We enjoyed our stay and had a very pleasant time at the winery next door. Brenda and Bob were both great hosts. We had a problem with our car as we were leaving and they were very helpful. We would definitely stop there again!

The Bella Fattoria has beautiful furnishings as well as a beautiful view of the winery next door. The bed in our room was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. My husband & I had a wonderful romantic weekend away. Brenda was a very gracious host & made us delicious breakfasts both mornings we were there. She is also very helpful in giving ideals of places to visit & dine in the area. We highly recommend staying at this charming bed & breakfast. We will surely be back for a visit.

My Fiancee and I spent last Valentines Day Weekend at the Bella Fattoria. Brenda was a most gracious hostess. Her breakfast was "the real deal". It was so convenient having a very warm and cozy winery restaurant and bar directly behind the B&B. We shared the house with a very nice couple from PA. Our room was amazing and the whole experience was revitalizing. Best compliment is.....we are going back this weekend for the 2nd year in a row.....and counting. Thanks Brenda. JP and KP

Brenda was an excellent hostess. We frequent bed and breakfast locations every few months and the Bella Frattoria was definitely a welcoming, relaxing place to stay for the weekend with the cost being very reasonable. Breakfasts were delicious and we really enjoyed being right next door to a winery which we enjoyed on Saturday evening. Having Netflix available at the B&B was a new perk to experience for us and we enjoyed watching 5 movies this weekend. Highly recommended, check it out!

This little spot was just what the doctor ordered after a hard day of travel! Everything was just perfect...everything. The next morning I woke to one of the best breakfasts I've ever had including farm fresh eggs that tasted like they were made with cream. Thank you so much Brenda!

We purchased our home with Ministries and retirement in mind. We hope to be able to completely retire in 2 to 3 years and want to operate our B&B to provide income for a housing ministry that provides support to working poor families that will enable them to become self supporting. We do not live at the B&B but live nearby. By far the best thing about being an inn keeper has been meeting and visiting with our guests. They have all been wonderful people and we look forward to meeting yo
