In the spring of 2017, after spending 16 years in manufacturing supply chain, I decided the extensive travel and corporate policy were no longer for me. As a result, my wife and I decided to open The Safe House Bed and Breakfast. I am now an inn keeper! I enjoy motorcycles, camping and geocaching. My wife, Christina, is everything to me. Together, we raise our son, Zayne (2), my son, Alex (8) and our niece, Jenna (17). I am an OSU alumnus with a bachelor's degree in fine art photography.
Almond Croissant French Toast
We take a croissant and slice it in half. It's then coated in a freshly-made batter with a hint of almond flavor and grilled using clarified butter. It's served topped with a spoonful of homemade almond maple syrup with sautéed almonds. Simply put, it's epic.
