Great place to stay

4.6 on March 23, 2018

We stayed in the cottage and we had a wonderful stay. The innkeeper was absolutely wonderful. Nice and clean. Hope to return one day.

Innkeeper Response
It was a delight to have these ladies. Please note that they gave us a low score for dining, but they did not have breakfast here. The review process does not have a choice for "not applicable."

Just what the doctor ordered

We needed some time to unwind. There was nothing about the cottage that did not afford a quiet, clean and restful sanctuary for our souls.

Simply Wonderful!

5 on September 28, 2017

It has been a month since our stay at this outstanding Bed and Breakfast and we are still telling our friends and family members about our wonderful trip! Everything about our stay was perfect. We truly were able to get away from our busy lives and relax for a few days. The front porch rockers and the cozy library were wonderful spots to sit and read and enjoy the early morning quiet and the sunsets. Our room was perfect too. Very clean and had the most amazing soft sheets. What a great night's sleep! Jerry and Judy are two exceptional people. We enjoyed our time spent with them during breakfast and appreciated all of the information they shared with us. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in their home AND very well fed! The breakfasts each morning were outstanding! We hope to be able to have more stays with them in the years to come. It sure would be a lovely location to stay to go skiing nearby or even do some cross country skiing or snow shoeing on the property. Thanks for the most enjoyable visit!

First Class Accommodation

4.8 on May 13, 2017

We - two adults and three children - stayed in the Bear Creek Farm Bed and Breakfast during the summer and not only was it a beautiful setting but we were made to feel welcome throughout our stay. Judy and Jerry cooked a great breakfast each morning and made us feel welcome, offering extra portions to three hungry children and sitting with us to have a relaxing talk over coffee before we headed out for the day. We were allowed to wander about the farm and Jerry and Judy always had recommendations for places to go and restaurants. Bear Creek Farm was a wonderful and memorable place to stay.

Our Getaway from the Daily

5 on July 18, 2016

We found Bear Creek to be our getaway place. The house is set back into the woods, with a long entry drive leading to a pond and a beautiful colonial house with a wraparound porch. The house is immaculately clean. The dining area has snacks set out with Kuerig coffee maker. The last time we went was a favorite of mine.chocolate-covered strawberries. Jerry and Judy were attentive to our needs, giving us brochures and directions to sights to see in the area. The breakfast was individualized and delicious. We hope to go back again soon. It is a break from our busy lifestyle and responsibilities. We did our own Covered Bridge tour because we missed the festival in October. We've found our "getaway place".

Cozy hide-a-way

4.8 on October 16, 2014

My husband and I stayed at Bear Creek Farm for my nephew's wedding weekend. We were very pleased with our room with the beautiful quilts and charming bedding. Breakfast with Judy and Jerry was so comfortable and relaxing we didn't want to leave. The food was delicious and the conversation wonderful. Judy suggested a great restaurant for dinner one night and mapped out a covered bridge tour. It was an incredible time to remember. We certainly will return again!

Escape to stress-free relaxation

5 on October 03, 2014

The setting was secluded and forested. The room was large and comfortably and beautifully furnished. We usually have trouble sleeping the first night, but the bed was so comfortable, we slept well. We were pleased that we could control the temperature in the room. The DVD player was available. Walking trails were available, which we will try on another visit. We loved the friendly atmosphere and the delicious breakfast!
