Outstanding Experince!

My husband and I were in town for a concert at Jacobs Pavillion and wanted a place to stay that would be close to the venue. After checking out the rates for the nearby hotels, I happened to notice this beautiful B&B's picture and clicked on for more information. I was pleased to see the rates were very reasonable compared to the hotels, and there were so many great reviews! Luckily there was one room left. We had never stayed in a B&B before and have to say that we found our stay so much more enjoyable and relaxing! The house is extremely clean and beautifully decorated with many interesting antique pieces. We also enjoyed the modern art collection as we browsed through the many rooms we were able to sit and relax in during our stay. Scott the inn keeper was very friendly and kind and provided great hospitality and information about what was available to us in the area as far and restaurants and entertainment options. We also enjoyed hearing about the history of the home and how it was lovingly restored to the beauty it is today. Our time on the side patio enjoying the beautiful garden was one of my favorite moments. There was also a cool little hot tub available for guest to use. You would never know you were in the middle of the city, it felt very private and peaceful. The off street parking lot was very convenient and secure. We were graciously served a homemade breakfast in the morning that absolutely delicious, we couldn't have asked for a better meal to start our day. Our stay with Scott at the Wallace Manor definitely made our short get-away trip more memorable and we are certainly looking forward to a return visit in the future!

Beautiful Place and Great location

We have stayed at Wallace Manor in August 2016 and April 2017. A great find and we wouldn't stay any place else while in the Cleveland area. A great location and perfect home base for touring Cleveland (a short drive to all the attractions). Also within walking distance to Gordon Square (pinball, restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream etc.). The Manor has been beautifully restored and well maintained - a comfortable cozy atmosphere.. Scott provides a wealth of info for things to do and places to visit. Breakfast is locally sourced, filling and different everyday. Complimentary snacks and beverages. Great indoor and outdoor seating areas. A true gem!

Absolutely Wonderful in every way

My wife and I wanted a serene getaway, and we found it at the Wallace Manor Bed & Breakfast. The decor, the estate, the details, the care, it was truly a site to behold. This epitomizes beauty and charm. Scott is so gracious and kind, and truly made our stay perfect, literally perfect. I would not have changed a thing. The Walnut room was beautiful, bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was exquisite, and the breakfast was gourmet and delicious. Details matter to me, and they do here as well. You will be delighted when you stay here. All the positive reviews here are true, it's really that good. :)

Wow! Best lodging experience ever!

The Watson Manor B & B was the best lodging experience of my life. The home is a beautifully renovated old building that exudes charm from every corner. Scott, the host, is about as personable and friendly as one can expect. (It should be noted that Scott executed the renovation himself.) And the breakfasts, mmmm wonderful! It isn't possible for me overstate the wonderful two days we spent at the Wallace Manor Bed and Breakfast.

Just Perfect

We had a perfectly lovely stay at Wallace Manor Bed and Breakfast, and I would recommend it to anybody. Scott was extremely personable and made us a great breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and pretty without being precious: never a feeling that you might accidentally break something. He was full of good advice about Cleveland, and the Manor was within easy driving distance of major attractions. I would recommend it to anybody.

About the innkeepers

Scott, a native of Wyoming, moved to Cleveland in 1986. His intention was to spend only one year here. He fell in love with the city and has called it home since. At the time, he was a technical consultant at a well known computer company. The stress of corporate life took its toll and he decided to move into a trade he head learned from his father as a carpenter. The house and property is his labor of love of a journey over 18 years, never veering from his original vision
