The Saratoga Farmstead is just 2 miles from Broadway in Saratoga Springs, yet it seems a world away. Peace and quiet in a natural 10-acre setting is offered while the proximity to all major Saratoga Springs attractions is a key to the B&B’s success. The farmhouse, built in 1860, has an old fashioned ambiance and is filled with antiques, books and works of art. Porches, decks and beautiful outdoor spaces, including nature paths, help define the atmosphere that brings guests to visit time after time. The Saratoga Farmstead is one of just 18 Gold Rated Audubon Green Properties in the entire United States. The 10-acre property has also been declared an Audubon Cooperative Wildlife Refuge and has been recognized for protecting the environment and saving natural resources. We provide habitat for a multiple birds, Monarch butterflies and native animals. Owners Mariana and Rosemary are both former school teachers, classically trained chefs and have been in the hospitality profession together for 35 years. They happily share their knowledge of Saratoga and the surrounding areas. This includes information on the local hidden gems, must-see attractions, and the best places to eat. All guests are encouraged to get the most of their visit to this beautiful area, whether that means lounging in the hammock with a good book or attending a performance at SPAC. We have also become well known for our delicious, fresh, locally sourced and ever changing breakfast menu!

Cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem in upstate NY. This was the first trip to Saratoga Springs and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and the innkeepers definitely make your stay welcoming. I'm from the South and I certainly wasn't expecting the country feel and beautiful location so close to Downtown. A true Treasure in all aspects!!!

We stayed at Saratoga Farmstead B&B for two nights and wished we would have made it three. The B&B is clean, charming with beautiful rooms. The house offers four terraces in a residential area just outside Saratoga. We went there for biking and enjoying the weekend in the charming city. The innkeepers, Mariana & Rosemary, are wonderful hosts serving the most amazing breakfast. It became the highlight of our day. It was a real pleasure meeting them. We are grateful for the hospitality that made our weekend perfect. The drive from NYC to Saratoga is just about 2.5 hours, therefore it is perfect for a weekend out of the city. We recommend it and would go back without hesitation.

The Saratoga Farmstead B&B is a lovely 'green' establishment just a very short drive from main st Saratoga Springs. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable-- just what you should expect from a B&B; a place to return to. The Innkeepers are warm and helpful, yet unobtrusive. And Breakfast was delicious.

Our first vacation in five years was at The Saratoga Farmstead B&B. We were here for 2 nights in October. Mariana and Rosemary were very gracious, fun to talk to, very helpful with our tour of Saratoga Springs and excellent chefs! It was a beautiful Inn inside and out! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable with a great decor. There was also a variety of great snacks, which was a surprise treat. We had a great stay and we will highly recommend it!
