We spent Friday & Saturday in the The Chardonnay Suite. The room was beautiful & spotless. The breakfast was amazing, and so were the mid-afternoon snacks. Babara is a wealth of knowledge, she answered all my questions on local dining. shopping and wine tastings. I would love to go back in the fall!

My boyfriend and I spent a lovely Saturday night here in the Zinfandel room. The bed was firm and comfortable, the fire place kept it toasty and we loved the steam shower. The owners were very welcoming, the breakfast was yummy and it is close to some very beautiful hiking spots.

My husband and I wanted to get away for a night and came upon this bed and breakfast. How lucky were we? The Pine Bush House is in a small, quaint town that has a number of wineries within only minutes. The area is beautiful and this house is beautiful as well. The owners have clearly put their time and money into this house. It has a victorian feel and offers a warm feeling upon entering. There's coffee and biscotti all day if you'd like. Barbara is as sweet as can be. She gives you a tour of the house, insists you think of it as your own, and is willing to lend her ideas for things to do. She is also a wonderful cook! The room we stayed in was very cool - high bed, flat screen t.v., electric fireplace, updated bathroom with sauna shower. Basically everything that you could want. We would totally recommend this B&B to everyone.

My wife and I stayed at the Pine Bush House B&B for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. We have never visited a bed and breakfast before, but this certainly exceeded any and all expectations! Barbara and Mark are wonderful hosts and offer a wealth of knowledge of the local area. They do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Barbara's breakfasts and afternoon snacks are simply amazing! The house itself is charming, quaint, and very clean. It has a classic Victorian decor but has all the modern amenities to meet all your needs. The coffee bar is fantastic. We spent most of our time visit area wineries but when we had some free time at the house we really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in the evenings. In colder months, I would have definitely made use of the cozy library room or sitting room. Our room (the Zinfandel Room) was great. We had plenty of room during our 3 night stay. We loved the Apple movies (essentially, a large selection of on-demand movies, which are free). The in-room Keurig and wine chiller were very nice touches as well, although we didn't use them. The bathroom was very nice, with a great multi-head shower system and steam bath, both of which we did use and really enjoyed. The Zinfandel Room faces the road, but we did not hear any noise at all and had a very pleasant sleep. The bed was firm and very comfortable. For anyone who needs a little background noise for sleeping, the room does have a "white noise" machine (we did not use that either). And for ambiance, there is an in-room electric fireplace. The house was very easy to find and seemed to be centrally located for anyone interested in visiting the Hudson Valley Wine Trail. However, it was Barbara and Mark who really make this place. They are superb hosts and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B to anyone looking to stay in this area.

The owners are fabulous! From the minute we arrived, it was such a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. It's a perfect retreat from hectic lives. The breakfast was so delicious too, and the decor was so enchanting. We will definitely come back.

Charming and immaculate, Pine Bush Inn is a delightful getaway for folks who can't be bothered with a concierge but who like the intimacy of a bed and breakfast atmosphere. Only an hour and a half from Hoboken/New York City, Pine Bush Inn is nestled off of winding roads and sprawling acres of beautiful foliage. A "home away from home," I cannot say enough about the welcoming warmth of the couple who run this little gem of a place.

Charming, Welcoming, Comfortable and Romantic. The B&B exceeded all of my expetations and it was just wondeful. Take a day trip to the city and enjoy all the excitement the city has to offer and then a ride on the train back to the B&B to relax and enjoy the hopitality the InnKeeper offers. Such a lovely experience.

My husband and I spent last weekend at Pine Bush House, and we had an incredible time! The trip was about 1.5 hours from Manhattan, and the B&B was located in the cute little town of Pine Bush. When we arrived, Mark and Barbara were waiting for us, and they were very warm and welcoming! Mark showed us around, explained all of the house's fun gadgets and gave us a dinner recommendation in the area. The B&B itself was furnished beautifully, had a large nice downstairs space to relax, and was very, very clean. The outdoor porch was lit with candles in the evening, and it was a perfect location for a game of Scrabble or a glass of wine. We booked the Zinfandel Suite, which was just as beautiful as the website promised. The room featured soothing green and earth tones, a large 4-poster bed, armchairs, a fireplace (not wood-burning, but still romantic) and a flat-screen TV. We also had a small coffee-maker and wine chiller in the room. The bathroom was beautifully done and featured an elaborate steam shower that was fun to try out. The room was absolutely spotless, the furnishings and electronics were top-of-the-line, and the air conditioning worked well. I even noticed that the bedside drawer contained a flashlight in case you had to get up in the middle of the night...those little touches made a lot of difference! Breakfast was delicious, and Barbara was an excellent cook. The first day, we had a danish, an apple and walnut parfait, and a veggie frittata. The second day we had lemon-ricotta pancakes with fresh berries. The breakfast room featured plenty of coffees and teas to choose from, which were available 24/7. We were not around for teatime, but each night we noticed that cookies or other treats were left for us in case we wanted a snack before bed. Overall, Pine Bush House was an amazing B&B, and I would definitely recommend it if you are planning a trip in the area!

Barbara and Mark are the consummate hosts, and they clearly enjoy what they do! They are helpful, warm, and accommodating without being intrusive. Mark printed us detailed maps to the local hikes, and we even heard him offer to drive a car-less couple to a local attraction. Breakfast was decadent (Barbara's scones and pastries are 5-star), but if you are health-conscious, they can also accommodate that. The fresh cookies every day and the unlimited and fantastic tea and coffee were great perks. This B&B has the right balance between modernity (free Internet, free movies on Apple TV, espresso machine, wine cooler in your room) and rusticity (cozy four-poster bed, welcoming old-school library, candle-lit front porch). We will definitely be back!

Barbara & Mark are the epitome of B&B hosts. They truly make you feel at home. The house is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable, with all the amenities to make you feel pampered. Barbara prepared delicious breakfasts, not to mention afternoon cookies on the porch. A truly A+ experience.

My friend and I needed a quiet get-away weekend, and we were not disappointed. The house has been restored magnificently, but has all the modern accessories you could possibly ask for. The owners, Barbara and Mark could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The breakfasts were the best, must ask for the artichoke frittata. And as a special touch....ask about the "POD".

We stayed for only 2 nights, but it was fabulous. Mark and Barbara are perfect hosts. From the moment you walk in you feel like you're with family. The new renovations really make a difference in the quality of this B&B. We've stayed at several different Bed and Breakfasts through out the eatern seaboard and this one is definitaly the most luxurious. But, I must say the best part of the whole stay was Barbara's cooking. Absolutely DELISCIOUS!

My husband and I have stayed at many B & B’s with all with different pros and cons. We both agreed Pine Bush House Bed and Breakfast has ranked # 1. Barbara and Mark make you feel like you are visiting family or long time friends. When you are their, you feel right at home except the breakfast is nothing like home. Barbara is a wonderful cook and each breakfast of our 3 day visit was a vacation for your mouth. We would highly recommend this B & B to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay! Everything about the place was perfect: the homemaded cookies and lemonade on the front porch, the decor, the hosts, the scenic train ride through the Hudson Valley into NY city, the visit to Woodbury Common, and the food was devine. Can't wait to go again!

Mark and Barbara run a first class operation. We have stayed in many B&B's throughout the country and this was one of the best.

Pine Bush House is a lovely, serene, and welcoming place. Recent renovations are meticulous and refreshing: the house combines the best of the past--antiques, stained glass, spacious porch--with the finest of the present--new bathrooms, computer use, terrific coffee makers. Barbara and Mark have been totally friendly and helpful since our first phone call. They not only go out of their way to make your stay special, they are genuinely interested and interesting people. We are staying 3 nights, and are sad to leave. If you are coming up this way, be sure to stay here; if you are looking for a peaceful slow-down-life getaway, come here. This B&B has an antique atmosphere & charm, yet has whatever you need for your modern cravings... Don Gervich of Watertown, Massachusetts
