The Harrigan House is a Victorian Farmhouse dating back more than a century. Guests enjoy the warmth of antique decor in every room. Peaceful rest is a guarantee. Upon awakening, patrons enjoy a hearty breakfast prepared on the family 1920's Magic Chef stove using recipes passed on by family and friends. One can enjoy a stroll through the gardens, sitting by the fire, and refreshing beverages on the front porch as local Amish residents ride by on horse and buggy. A stay at the Harrigan House is sure to be a memorable experience.

What a lovely, charming treasure to find in the North Country! My husband and I spent 7 days here this past June and it was a treat. Barb and Dan's most gracious hospitality, scrumptious breakfasts, a home filled with many unique and interesting antiques, warm and cozy den, and beautiful gardens made for a very delightful stay! We'd go back in a heartbeat! ~ F & C

Dan and Barbara were both extremely gracious and prepared a wonderful breakfast, just to my liking. The house itself is beautiful, and I highly recommend the Adirondack room. I felt being in the house, be it in my room or anywhere inside, brought together the best of the year 2015 with the touches of a house straight out of the 1700s/1800s. Finally, it was very reasonably priced for a B&B, especially in summer. I will never stay anywhere else around Franklin County again!

The name appealed to me, the person on the phone was very nice an the price was affordable so we decided to stay at Harrigan House without seeing any photos or reviews. When we arrived we found it better than we could have imagined. Such a pleasant surprise.

The Harrigan House B & B is located on the cusp of the Adirondack Mountains and the St. Lawrence River Valley. Therefore, our third floor room is appropriately designed as an Adirondack-style room with knotty pine walls and a cedar post queen-sized bed. We decided against using a straw mattress in favor of a memory foam one for your comfort! You'll enjoy your own TV, sitting area, and WiFi in this large room. A roll-away is available in this room for an additional $20. In addition, all common areas of our B & B are available for you use.

The St. Lawrence River Valley is home to numerous Amish communities. Given that, this small second-floor room is simplistic in style, featuring a queen-size pencilpost cherry bed with a memory foam mattress. This room's comfort is enhanced by its simplicity. Guests who stay in this room utilize the Library/TV room and Parlor as their sitting areas. The other common areas in and around our home are also available for their use.

This room was designed in keeping with the style and history of our bed & breakfast. Martha Washington would have felt at home in this room! The Federal Room is a single-occupancy room with its own sitting area on the second floor. It is popular with single travelers on a budget. It can also accommodate a child traveling with parents.
