Long time visitors at Rick and Glenda’s. Never disappointed at their warm of hospitality; the generous gift that you only get in a small town, themselves.

Would Visit Again!

The Ilex Inn was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. It was warm and cozy, the owners were very friendly, breakfast was delicious and the hot tub was an extra perk. We would definitely visit again!

Ilex Inn

Second time we stayed at the Ilex Inn. Rooms are exceptionally comfortable, and well appointed. This visit, we stayed in the Van Buren room. The secure wifi is greatly appreciated, as well. We opted on passing up breakfast, for the lower rate, which was a good value. The dining score, is based on our previous visit. Rick, and Glenda, are gracious hosts, and will look out for your needs.

About the innkeepers

My Wife and I lived in South Florida for 25 years. We worked for a Law Enforcement Agency there. We retired in 2010 and moved back to my home town here in Ellicottville, NY. We are active in our community abd are both volunteer firefighters. Glenda is the new secretary at our church, and Rick is a town councelman. We enjoy meeting new people who visit our area and helping them discover all that is here for them to see.
