My wife and I get away to the Sunrise Landing once a year. Our favorite suite is the "Sunflower Room." For the past three years we have enjoyed amazing service and atmosphere courtesy of Barb and Bob, the owners and hosts! First rate and relaxed! I would gladly recommend Sunrise Landing to anyone! Check it out! You'll love it as much as we do! It's one of Wine Countries best secret gems!

Sunrise Landing is a wonderful place to spend a few nights. The whole experience was terrific. Our gracious hosts, Barbara and Bob, made us feel at home. The homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The presentation was equally impressive. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Everyday, we were also treated to the most delicious cookies. The wine tour, which was part of our package was so much fun. They suggested great restaurants and places to see . It was a great experience. I definitely want to go back. Gay and Ron

My friend and I recently spent the night at the Sunrise Landing. It was one of the most pleasurable stays of our life. The environment was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The owners, Bob & Barb treated us like royalty. The hospitality was simply outstanding. We would highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone. The food (breakfast) was also excellent. Thanks Bob & Barb! Yours truly, Jim Smith (North Greece, NY)

My wife and I spent a delightful two-day stay at this well positioned and updated B & B right on Lake Seneca. Our hosts Barbara and Bob were very friendly and helped direct us to the many wineries and places to eat in the area. Loved the accommodations. Clean and well equipped. Can't say enough good things about the delicious breakfast we had each day.
Our petite Rose Suite offers a charming, smaller bedroom and an attached bath (with shower) as well as a cozy, DETACHED TV/sitting room - right next door and private to the Rose, all overlooking the garden area. The bedroom features: a queen-sized iron and wood bed, hand-crafted dresser, and convenient nightstands and lamps. The cozy sitting room next door includes a love seat and chair, satellite TV/VCR, and a compact refrigerator with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. The Rose is perfect for shorter stays for one or two people - or for those who do not require a large bedroom.
The Morning Glory Suite offers a romantic sleeping room with sunny side windows perfect to view the sunrise over the lake upon awakening. The Shaker-inspired furniture includes a queen-size spindle bed, dresser, desk, and more. The private bath with shower adjoins the bedroom within the suite, and the attached sitting room features a sliding door to a private balcony. There is also a fold-out sofa bed, satellite TV/VCR, and a mini refrigerator with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages.
Our ground-level Sunflower Apartment is one of our two larger accommodations and features its own private entrance and patio. For the Bed and Breakfast option, one can easily access the apartment from the main part of the house as well. This 600 square foot unit features an equipped, efficiency kitchen with beautiful oak cabinets and an oak trestle table which seats four comfortably. The complete wall of windows in the living area offers a magnificent view of the sunrise, lake, and surrounding woods. The sofa in the living area opens to a full-size bed and the room can be made into another private sleeping room via an accordion folding door, with both rooms having easy access to the bathroom without disturbing the other. Comfortable furnishings and a Satellite TV/VCR complete the room. The yellow bedroom features French Doors which open onto the private patio. White wicker accents the other white furniture in the room, and a romantic, white iron, queen-size bed completes the look. The private bath with tub/shower is convenient to both the living area and to the bedroom. This apartment is large enough to be comfortable for two to four for several days, a week, or longer and can be booked with either our traditional B&B option, or the Vacation Rental Option. The rental option requires a 2 night minimum unless there is only one night left.
Our luxurious and very private Iris Suite is perfect as a honeymoon or anniversary suite, or for any getaway for 2 - 3 people wanting to share a luxury space. It is available both as a B&B suite or vacation rental apartment. While still a part of the larger house, it is off by itself, and features a private entrance and patio. The multiple, large windows in the spacious bedroom and living area offer a magnificent view of the sunrise, lake, and wooded area. The Iris features a classic mission cherry bedroom, and romantic bath with raised garden soaking tub, and separate glass shower. The lovely sitting room boasts a cozy electric fireplace and flat-screen TV. The beautiful, handcrafted cherry and oak furniture adds to the luxury of this unit. A roomy, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher with ceramic-top electric stove, and a cozy dining area by a window overlooking the lake, complete the apartment suite. The apartment features an open floor plan with all rooms open to each other. All guests have the use of the waterfront, dock, kayaks and paddle boat.
