The Chalet has the beyond highest expectations of service. They certainly take care of you as a guest by offering suggestions, making reservations, giving you your quiet time if needed, incredible in house dining experiences, exceptional food, and beautiful accommodations. We had mentioned we were going to eat dinner on the back patio by bringing in food and when we returned from a busy touring day the hosts had left us dining plates, utensils, etc. Awesome service. The accommodations even have plenty of electrical plugs where you need them. My husband and I travel a lot and we highly recommend the Chalet.

The Chalet is snugged in the trees with a view of a lovely pond through the tree branches. It's just beautiful. They have a large deck with fans and shades and I spent time just rocking and appreciating the view. The room was rustic but nice. The linens and the updated huge bathroom were amazing. Now, the breakfast. Oh my. Several courses of excellent and beautifully-presented food. I'd love to return.

We were celebrating a special occasion and the chalet and innkeepers were wonderful. Our visit was everything I had hoped for and more. We are already working on a winter ski trip to Bristol mountain which will definitely include a night in the chalet with dinner. Thank you to Pattie and Margaret for an incredible stay.

This Inn is in the most beautiful location. Huge trees surround their large deck. The rooms are a bit rustic but very comfortable. The bathroom in my room was huge, new and luxurious. Wish I had it at home! The breakfasts are lovely and you will certainly not go hungry. I look forward to returning.

My husband and I recently returned home from a 3 night stay at The Chalet (9/15/16 through 9/17/16). This was our second visit with Pattie and Margaret and we will return again! As I overheard Margaret saying to another guest one morning, "The details are everything", and that philosophy is evident in everything about this B and B. This is a large log home with lots of public space for lounging and a huge porch where we ate breakfast and enjoyed the peaceful wooded grounds. Our room was perfect- king size bed, luxury bathroom, and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are AMAZING! Pattie is a gifted chef! Margaret presents the 3 course breakfasts and then joins us in conversation and laughter. We love Pattie and Margaret! They feel like family so that we look forward to seeing them again. They are quick to help with planning our days and recommending places to eat (and making our reservations). EVERYTHING about this B and B is wonderful!

The Chalet has the perfect setting, quiet and private but close to downtown Canandaigua. Patti and Margaret were the ultimate hosts. Breakfast was superb.

Patti and Margaret are the best hosts ever. Our room was amazing, with a comfy bed and an enormous soaking tub. And their breakfasts cannot be beat!

Just beautiful we travel thru the finger lakes in summer always B and B . Always enjoy ourselves but the chalet was definitely the best .Again not only beautiful but so many comfortable spots to sit and enjoy. This is the first B and B I really want to visit in the middle of winter. The land around is so serine and lovely to look about next to the many rooms and fireplaces
