We just returned from our 40th Anniversary Trip! Two Weeks in NC! The best part? Staying at the Vintage Inn in Yadlinville! The Inn itself was beautiful and the Inn Keepers could not have been nicer! The hot breakfast was outstanding (Thanks Sandy) and the wine tour was sensational ( Thanks Chip)! We are alreading talking about a return visit to this warm & friendly place! A wonderful experience! We had an outstanding experience at this lovely B&B. Food was exceptional, and the owners were friendly and very welcoming. Would return here again for sure. Yadkinville has great little shops and I love the town's folk. Saw a concert at the Culture Center. Not too far to drive to Old Salem. Purchased several items locally for Christmas gifts. What fun!

Very nice accommodations, refined and comfy without being overly frilly or staged. Super nice and helpful proprietors, offers nice conversation or privacy as you wish. Great winery tour guide for guests. Fabulous food! Offered military discount without me even asking. Going to the Yadkon Valley?....then stay here.

Two days at a wonderful place. Every detail was attended too. This was my first B & B trip and my girlfriend told me not to get use to this because this is way above the normal trip. Chip and Sandy are extraordinary - can't wait to go back!

We had never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast, and now we are so glad we did. Chip and Sandy made our stay so special and relaxing! No more chain hotels for us!

Vintage Inn was a real treat. Sandy and Chip, the Innkeepers, could not have been more gracious. I cannot wait for a return visit.

I've stayed at many hotels, motels, etc. and this is by far the cleanest place i've ever stayed. The owners are wonderful people who gave me the tour of the place and where everything was located along with the WiFi password, book of local restaurants, etc. They really make you feel like you're at home. I get up really early...farm early...so they explained that I could make myself a cup of coffee whenever. They accommodated my early leave and had some excellent yogurt with fresh fruit and homemade granola ready for me. I will not only be back for business trips but brining my husband back for the wine tours. I highly recommend the Vintage Inn Bead & Breakfast for both business and fun trips!

The Inn is beautifully decorated, comfortable and full of reading material, games and brochures/maps of the region. Chip & Sandy, the Innkeepers, are nothing short of terrific! They are helpful, kind and are active in the community - they really know what's going on in the area and help you find activities to enjoy. We were lucky enough to enjoy a wine tour lead by Chip - his knowledge of the area's history really made it interesting and the wineries were just wonderful. All-around, a perfect getaway - even if it rained all weekend! Thank you Chip, Sandy and Corky, too. We hope to be back soon! Breanne & Mike

Visiting this Inn and NC wine country was an unexpected pleasure. Sandy and Chip are fabulous hosts and the inn has a wonderful place to sit outside (or inside on the sun porch) and enjoy a bottle of wine. Breakfasts are fabulous and Chip was an excellent guide as he took us around to various wineries. I look forward to returning.

3 of us stayed with Chip and Sandy for 5 nights and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Vintage Inn. The bedrooms are gorgeous, and Sandy and Chip are perfect hosts. Everything we could have asked for was accommodated. The public rooms, porch and outside patios are great gathering spots to enjoy a bottle of wine. And the gourmet breakfasts were amazing!!! We would go back there in a second. You will not be disappointed. P & J, Fort Lauderdale, FL

From the moment we appeared at the front door of this beautiful house, a relaxed, calm atmosphere met us. Chip and Sandy, hosts, were so gracious and inviting that we felt like family before we even saw our luxurious Chardonnay room. Well appointed and simply elegant is the decor of the living area as well. The breakfasts were all from scratch and the presentation was as delicious as the food. We enjoyed a tour (hosted by Chip) of the local wineries as a plus for a two night stay. Overall most relaxing and peaceful. We will be returning soon!!

The reason for our stay at the Village Inn was to accomplish a 20 mile bike ride that was part of at Brandon Hills Vineyard fundraiser called the Raptor Ride. As novice cyclist, we were grateful for a cool room and comfy bed to rest on after our awesome bike ride through the beautiful country side of the Yadkinville area! We were able to enjoy a tour of three winery's with Chip the day before the ride. We enjoyed the delicious gourmet breakfasts, and though we had other things going on in the afternoons, we knew that we could enjoy a few nibbles and a nice glass of wine with our innkeepers, Chip and Sandy. Their Southern Hospitatlity was felt from the moment we arrived! They know the best spots for wonderful dinners, too!
We appreciate your wonderful review of our Bed and Breakfast. We are glad to hear that your stay at VINTAGE INN Bed and Breakfast was enjoyable. Thank you. Sandy and Chip Thomas

The Vintage Inn has all the "facets" of a real "gem" in a B & B! Welcoming parlor and sun porch; vintage bedrooms equipped with fantastic mattresses, linen, flatscreen t.v. and bath amenities;location and creative 3 course breakfasts. The proprietors are VERY well acquainted with the area wineries, eateries and points of interest. In addition, the atmosphere fron arrival to departure is one of welcome, relaxed and friendly. What a find!

Quiet locale in the heart of N.C. wine country. Better than home away from home -- at the Vintage Inn, everything is done for you. We always look forward to stays at the vintage.

Perfect location for visiting wineries; also Sandy recommended a place for dinner and it was fantastic! Her breakfasts were simple and delicious also: individual ramekins of cheese grits, croissant French toast, and fresh fruit one morning, omelets, bacon and yogurt with berries and granola the next. Coffee and hot tea always available downstairs, water and sodas upstairs (but anyone could access either at any time). Nice sunroom and outdoor patio as well. The bed was out-of-this-world comfortable...ahhh. We will definitely stay here again when we visit more wineries.

Went to visit the wineries in the Yadkinville area. Had a wonderful experience staying with Chip and Sandy at their B&B. We were with another couple and thoroughly ourselves. The B&B is warm, comfortable and beautifully decorated. From the moment you enter the front door you feel welcomed. Breakfast were fabulous and very relaxing. Would certainly return there in the future.

This inn is close to a dozen wineries and some superb dinning. 3 course breakfasts are delicious, rooms are beautiful, innkeepers are friendly and hospitable. Lots of little extra touches- very thoughtful.
I appreciate all reviews. However I only wish this review had commented on why they thought it was not a good value, and why the room was rated only a 4. Further comments would allow me to fix any potential problems for future guests.

A great setting...warm, friendly hosts (Sandy and Chip); a wonderful home with a fabulous outside (front and rear), landscaped and equipped to enjoy the evening and relax; an equally beautiful interior with excellent bedrooms (we enjoyed the Zinfandel room), and a living room and sunroom for inside relaxation; and located right in the middle of the wineries, Pilot Mtn, Stone Mtn, and other local area attractions. This was our first stay at the Vintage Inn and without a doubt we will be coming back...Sandy and Chip have a great Inn and will definitely make you feel at home during your stay with them.

Bed was heavenly, but best part was the breakfast. They serve a 3 course breakfast, everything homemade - you won't need lunch. Innkeepers are friendly and helpful with ideas and directions.
