Wonderful weekend

5 on April 27, 2015

My husband and I felt so at home and welcome as guests of Dale and Donna. We were lucky enough to be the only guests that weekend and each breakfast was a charming visit with our hosts. In the evening we would return to a lit up home and romantic music. It was exactly what we hoped for.

Weekend getaway with my Mom

My Mother and I had a simply lovely weekend in Saluda. Dale and Donna, the innkeepers of The Oaks, were extremely friendly and hospitable. Some of our best times in Saluda were spent chatting to them about all sorts of things! Great food, great atmosphere...can't wait to go back!

The Oaks out of town just a little ways - nice big porch to sit on and enjoy peace and quiet. Nice view. Beautiful room. Breakfast was delicious. I will go back.

Innkeeper Response
Somehow we delivered on all levels and came up short on "Value". (They failed to mention the fresh flower in every room.) We'll work on that!

Highly recommend

Five stars in every category but "dining". Sorry to say, that as a licensed bed and breakfast, we really don't offer anything other than our fabulous breakfast. We do have many great restaurants within walking distance of the inn. You will be satisfied!
