About

Secluded historic adobe pueblo-style compound in downtown Santa Fe! This 156+ yr old enchanting Old Santa Fe estate is tastefully preserved and boasts private courtyards, large shade trees, an authentic Indian horno oven, 19 comfortable guest rooms, free parking ($35 value) and an abundance of "True Santa Fe Romance". Excellent downtown location- walk to plaza, Canyon Rd, Rail yard, shopping, restaurants, museums, etc. Warm, welcoming, pofessional staff- celebrating 32+ yrs of award winning service and serving our famous "Pueblo Breakfast Tamale" and secret family recipe "Green Chile Chicken Stew"! Guest Reviews state: "We have been visiting Santa Fe two or more times a year for the past thirty years and have stayed in almost every hotel, motel, and B&B near the Plaza and a few on Cerrillos Road. In the past few years, we finally discovered Pueblo Bonito with it's charming grounds, rooms, and owners, and have stayed in no other location since. The rooms and the breakfast are excellent and make for a relaxing experience that bears repeating. This beautiful B&B provides everything that you need for a restful get away, is within a short walking distance to the Plaza, and is equally convenient to the shops and restaurants in the Guadalupe area. We also appreciate the cleanliness and great service provided by the housekeeping staff. Truly a great experience and a great value" (bedandbreakfast review 2/14)

Wonderful Santa Fe Getaway

4.0 on January 26, 2017

This is a wonderful and charming BnB that is in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to, including the plaza, even in the winter while it was snowing. It is close to many restaurants as well as the Farmer's Market. There is free parking and everyone is very nice and welcoming. We were able to chat with one of the owner's at breakfast and everyone was very helpful. They have a wide variety of items for breakfast that will suit everyone. I have a few dietary restrictions and I didn't have a problem. There were signs for gluten free and dairy free alternative as well. In addition, they had delicious unique to the area items such as green chile stew and tamales, which were all fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it is neat that you can light the kiba's/fire places on your own if you'd like.

Adorable Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Santa Fe

5 on January 05, 2017

We booked this suite due to the location and fireplace in the room. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and central location. It is literally a five minute walk from the plaza. The hostess greater us with warmth and even brought us to our room. She was sweet and very helpful. The room itself was charming with unique touches and accents. Old world feel with the benefits of wifi and cable tv. We didn't make it to the breakfast but heard amazing things about the tamales from other guests. I would highly recommend this gem in Santa Fe.

Innkeeper Response

We spent time in Santa Fe in March, 2016. We enjoyed the Pueblo Bonita very much. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The property is located in a great place to start a walking tour to get to the Plaza. We enjoyed visiting Santa Fe for that reason. The room we had was comfortable and very clean. We felt at home and it was a quiet spot. We would highly recommend a stay here. ¿¿¿¿¿¿
