An Outstanding Bed and Breakfast

5 on March 30, 2017

The Maples offers the ideal bed and breakfast experience. This is a warm, friendly, quaint inn that greets you with a wood-burning stove as you enter the building. Dating back to 1700's, I immediately felt like I was home with innkeeper's smiles, cozy rooms, the amazing smells coming from the kitchen and pretty views of the foothills of New Hampshire. I highly recommend that you visit The Maples at Warner!

Very comfortable

A cozy and comfortable room. Charming Innkeeper with lots of local knowledge. Gourmet breakfast. We will definitely stay at The Maples the next time we are in Warner.

February Storm stay

4.4 on February 22, 2017

Took two day respite here at the Maples. Cheryl could not have been a nicer hostess. Rooms clean and the bed linens were was the mattress! The afternoon of first full day turned icy... good to have a warm room to return too. The next morning, Cheryl helped my clear off my car after a wonderful breakfast and chat. Would I return? In a heartbeat!

1st B&B experience

4.6 on October 14, 2016

This was our 1st stay at a B&B and it was wonderful. We were greeted by Hank and showed our room and the property. Cheryl joined her husband shortly after and gave us wonderful suggestions on restaurants and activities in the area. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We would recommend this property.

felt like one of the family :)

Cheryl (and Heather) made us feel like one of the family - so friendly and helpful. Cheryl sorted a major problem with another BnB cancelling our reservation with only 5 days notice and not willing to help with alternative - Cheryl came to the rescue. Also in dealing with a flight problem she spent some time on the phone to the airline to sort that out too. Top girl. My wife had recently developed some dietary difficulties and again Cheryl visited a local supermarket to obtain alternative foods.

Sunappee Craft Fair stay

5 on August 14, 2016

I loved everything about the Maples. Cheryl the owner, was very helpful giving information, very friendly and easy going. The Inn was charming, decorated very tastefully. Rooms were so comfy and cozy. Breakfast was delicious. I will have to go back again.

Delightful first B&B experience!

We were cheerfully greeted by our innkeepers with help in unpacking our car and a guided tour. Our room was spacious and comfortable, especially our private bath. It was easy to come and go throughout our 5-day stay, and enjoyed coming back to roost at night after our daily activities. We also had the opportunity to visit with some fascinating guests. Each day Cheryl accommodated our personal tastes with her kitchen skills. Some of the delicious breakfasts included apple-pecan pancakes, waffles with blueberry topping, broccoli-cheese quiche, and French toast. We always had fruit, juice, and the best coffee I've ever tasted! We found this business especially amenable to my husband's allergies and my special dietary needs. The innkeepers allowed me to bring some of my own food and keep it in their fridge for my use during the stay. They also de-allergened our room before we came so my husband would be comfortable. They spent time visiting with us and gave us great advice on restaurants and hiking trails. By the end of our stay we felt like family!

Another Blissful Weekend

5 on February 22, 2016

My (now) wife and I first stayed at Cheryl's cozy home-away-from-home in July 2012; we got engaged that weekend. From the atmosphere and hospitality to the outstanding fare, we had an amazing time. Valentine's Day weekend 2015, we came up again. Like the last time, our stay was comfy and relaxing, even in the -15 degree chill outside. Regardless of the weather, winter Warner was just as amazing; there was a lot to do in the area, of which Cheryl made us aware. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend--we plan to come up again very soon! Matthew and Stephanie Gangi Woburn, MA

This is the second time we've stayed at the Maples and it is a delightful place. Not only is the house warm and charming but so is the inn keeper! Cheryl also makes a delightful breakfast. We plan on returning next year!
