I recently had the pleasure of Staying at the Snowflake in Jackson and I have to say it was spectacular. Sue, the owner could not have been more accommodating. We arrived LATE on Friday evening (after 10 pm) and with no restaurants open she called upon her local network and got one kitchen to whip us up something. The rooms were generous in size, very clean and appointed nicely. The lobby and common areas were impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa area for and evening swim. I have been visiting the area for 30+ years and never stayed here. I can honestly say I will never stay anywhere else in Jackson after our great experience. We feel like we have made a friend in Sue and met some amazing guests as well. Can't wait for our next visit! Thank you for EVERYTHING Sue.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at! The smell of the Inn first of all is like apples and cinnimon when u first walk inn the door! Then the beautiful fire place in the lobby is decorated so intricately and classy and beautiful! The Owner Sue is one of the nicest ppl I have ever met, very accomodating and knowledable of everything in the area and takes the time to make her guests feel at home and a priority that we enjoy our stay! The place is quiet, romatic and the food that she puts out every morning is absolutely delicious, home made by her and baked fresh every morning, fresh fruit, home made granola, that she offered the recipe for also! I can't say enough good things about this place! The packages are reasonable and I defintely will be coming back and reccomend this place to anyone who has enough class to know what a good place is! Apparently ppl who write bad reviews about this place have no class! They should stick to the Motel 8 and not ruin a review for one of the BEST INNS In NH.

My husband and I have stayed at The Snowflake Inn 6 or 7 times, Summer, Fall, and Winter and have never once have we been disappointed! Our most recent stays were October for the Foilage, and a retreat just after Christmas. And I would say, our recent trip the day after Christmas was my favorite. Seeing how Sue, Gary and their staff decorate the Inn for the Christmas holiday was amazing! The massive tree in the common area picture window was breath taking. Sue, Gary and staff are extra ordinary, and most helpful with anything and everything. It's a place my husband and I keep wanting to go back to for so many reasons, too many to list here. It purely is a slice of Heaven in the Mountains. Sue, Gary and staff, thank you for your hospitality as always

My boyfriend and I visited the Snowflake Inn for the weekend and it was truly amazing. There were freshly baked goods and granola in the morning and cheese and wine on Saturday evening. We missed the cheese and wine because my boyfriend proposed in our room that evening! The giant hot tub was great after a day outside... I was surprised there weren't any other couples down there. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Our stay at the Snowflake Inn was fantastic. We were met with warm smiles and excellent service upon our very late check in. After a long day in the car, we were shown the facilities and the amenities in our room and then left to enjoy the rest of our evening. After a lovely dip in the spa, we settled into our very comfortable bed and enjoyed a very restful evening. Our two night stay was a blissfully relaxing and romantic experience. We loved the building, the town, the couples' message in the privacy of our room... After our two previous weeks of travel and being very far away from home (Hawaii) it was wonderful to be able to settle in to such a beautiful place with such marvelous hospitality.
