Great place to stay for the price. Host had resources that explained about the area being it was my first time there. The House was very close to the falls, wonderful walk down to the river. The room was nice, big bathroom. Its a older house and also includes lots of art work. A lot of the artwork in my room was old pictures of children and families. The first night it was hard for me to fall asleep because of how many pictures there were. Also the mattress needs to be replaced, i looked in the other vacant rooms looks like there had newer mattress. overall experience was a positive one. Breakfast was good, just enough. Host asked what time we wanted Breakfast, and when we weren't down at that time she came knocking on the door. very surprised by that. Hope this helps.

Our stay at the Hanover House B&B was nothing short of excellent. And only minutes from the falls. The bed comfortable, the room cozy, the bath adequate. Kim is an exceptional and accommodating hostess welcoming us as vegans serving us her own garden fresh breakfast cuisine, and even supplying almond milk. Quite a nice touch. Thank you, Kim, you've helped make our first visit to Niagara Falls pleasant and forever memorable. Pete & Teri

We just stayed here for one night. The room was lovely. The host was very helpful and kind. We did not eat breakfast as we had to leave early but it looked and smelled yummy.

We had an incredibly stay and would do it again. The B&B was close to everything, including the Falls, and Kim treated us like we were honored guests. The rates were affordable and the food was amazing. Treat yourself to a stay at the Hanover House if you are ever in the Niagara Falls area.

We stayed for three nights at Hanover House. The room was very comfortable and everything you need it in the room. Nice vanity table in the bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was made to order. You had your choice between eggs, I lets or French toast. Coffee and tea are provided all day as well as a tray of cookies. Water was also available in the upstairs guest fridge. The location was great, about a 5 -10 minute walk to the falls.

Ms. Kim definitely made the stay. The room was huge and the place was within walking distance to everything. We had some sticker shock until we spent the night at a B&B in Canada and realized how nice this place was. Definite charm! If we go back this way we will book again.
