Formerly the Jackson’s Perkins Rose Company Estate this historic 1840’s Tudor is gracefully poised on a park-like setting, which includes formal gardens and woodlands. Located two blocks from the Eire Canal in the New York Finger Lakes region, just minutes from Rochester, Syracuse, wine trails, ski resorts, apple farms, outlet shopping, the Women's Rights National Historic Park, the birthplace of Mormon religion and many more attractions. Tastefully furnished with antiques, each of our three guestrooms has a view of the gardens and its own distinctive feel to make your stay with us a memorable one.

One of the best B&B's I have stayed in. The house is amazing. The antique furniture is so appropriate for this home. Very co for table beds. Delisious brekfast each day. Kimberly and Micahael could not be more helpful. Go out of your way to stay here. You will not be disappointed.

We were on self-contained cycling trip and stayed one night. It is ideal place to stay. Our bicycles were store in garage overnight. A bicycle pump and tools were available for our use if needed. After a good night's rest were provided with a great breakfast of banana nut bread french toast and bacon that was to die for. This was the second time staying at the Vintage Garden Bed and Breakfast and if my travel find me in Newark,NY I know where I will be staying.

This was a stopping point for us travelling from Vermont to Indiana on the toll road. It is a beautiful place with alot of rich history. Well decorated...lots of art. The gardens are beautiful and there is even a trail in the woods behind the house you can walk. The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Very clean rooms and details are covered well.

We stayed one night at the B&B. The house is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable, the food is good and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful with recommending things to do in the area. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Kimberlee and Michael, gave us a very warm greeting. They provided an all encompassing experience. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the living quarters and this was just the beginning. Every breakfast was delicious, the presentation was 1st class and there was a different meal every morning. If you were to buy a breakfast at a high end breakfast comparable to their's you would pay a premium. It doesn't stop there. They know so many places to tour and they are all exciting. My wife and I would definitely stay at Vintage Gardens B&B again.

My family booked four out of the five rooms for a two night stay. We really enjoyed our stay with the beautiful decor and spacious bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the sun room was so relaxing. The food was excellent and my grandson (16 years old) couldn't wait to get back each night to enjoy the delicious brownies and cookies Kimberlee had in the sun room each night for all the guests. I only wish it were summer instead of April so we could have enjoyed the gardens in bloom. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you want a quiet, beautiful atmosphere where you feel like royalty. Five stars and a thumbs up to Kimberlee and Michael! Patty A.

We are so glad we found Vintage Gardens! This bed and breakfast is in upstate NY and the innkeepers, Michael and Kimberlee, were so friendly and helpful. Newark, NY is a new location for us, where we will be returning often and this B&B is the best in town, for so many reasons. The accommodations were plush and the breakfast was scrumptious. Everything was very clean, charming, comfortable and inviting, from the cookies as you arrive to the hearth, plush bathrobes and so comfy bed. The historical significance of the house, with its contributions to roses and the world of gardening, only adds more reason to keep this house open for all to enjoy its beauty. This is a landmark property all upstate NY visitors should see!

Kimberlee and Michael were very friendly and the breakfasts were fabulous! I have an intolerance to cow's milk and they very kindly made special (and delicious) versions of the breakfasts especially for me. Our room was lovely, and exceptionally clean....as was the entire house. The rooms were beautiful and beautifully decorated. We really can't express how impressed we were with the accommodations. We have stayed at many BnBs and this was definitely amongst the nicest! We are planning to go back!
