Welcoming, comfortable, homey, private. I stayed there last year (2014) and will always check for openings here FIRST when making plans to visit Santa Fe. Susan and Leslie

Susan was wonderful! We rented the two bedroom casita and the guest "room" in the main home which in reality was a home itself with a dining table for 12 upon which Susan graciously served wonderful breakfasts for our family of 6 persons (and occasional guests) from eggs to quiches to souffles. In addition to the spacious home was a covered patio with fireplace overlooking the backyard garden. And just two blocks to Canyon road. Could not have been better! Ed in Eugene, OR

Dunshee's B&B offered a great location, beautiful surroundings, and a delicious breakfast. It enhanced our Santa Fe experience in a way few other hotels could.

Susan was a gracious and skilled host. Though frequent visitors to Santa Fe, we'd never gotten to feel like locals with our own "home" base until staying here. How enchanting to wake up to birds singing on the private portal in the garden! Meals were fresh, healthy & fantastic (& my husband & I are picky!). The inn is tucked in a quiet neighborhood just off Canyon Rd., easy to walk to the Plaza or other popular attractions. Loved the dogs - sweet breakfast companions! Diverse library, including NM guides, inspired an impromptu day trip we might not have known about otherwise. Feel the cost was quite reasonable, especially considering the value of breakfast each morning. We'll definitely return!

Coming from the UK we had no idea what to expect so the size of the rooms and the accommodation available to us was a wonderful surprise. We would have liked a less idiosyncratic shower but that was not a major problem. Susan is a great personality and a wonderful cook and our breakfasts on the terrance were to die for. I am still telling my friends about our breakfast souflee and home baked muffins which were the pieces de resistances, the highlights, of our stay. We will most certainly stay with Susan again, if there is any room, and if she will have us. Ennis and Barry Harpenden UK.

Susan Dunshee's Inn is magically beautiful, serene, and soul-refreshing. An artist, Susan has turned every corner or sunlit space into a picturesque view. The gardens - sculptures, (lower bedecked) tables all invite a guest to pause and breathe and appreciate the beauty.

We loved our stay. Made us feel right at home. Breakfast was wonderful. Susan accommodated my gluten-free diet. Loved the dogs. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was business and pleasure.

My adult son and I stayed in the suite. The suite was wonderful: pretty, comfortable, very clean and private. The private back patio was a great place to sit, read and talk. The breakfasts were so well thought out and prepared...a real treat every morning. The location is perfect for walking Canyon Road or into the Plaza area. I don't think we could have found a better place and we will be returning in 2010.

I found Dunshee's on the web and based on the website decided to choose it. We arrived on Saturday and based on the excellent condition and overall appearance decided to stay an extra night! Very good property and innkeepers!

Dunshee's is a fabulous deal! I felt I had my own private home with charming southwestern decor and two fireplaces. The breakfasts are as good as a four-star restaurant!
