The only thing we overlook, is the ocean. Beach access is directly across Beach Avenue. We are the perfect Beach House. Our Craftsman-style Inn, circa 1915, includes many of the design features commonly associated with Craftsman homes: Bright, spacious rooms, open plan dining and living areas and an inglenook with a fireplace. Window benches to view the beach and beautiful natural wood floors. In keeping with the Arts and Crafts aesthetic we have decorated with furniture from the Stickley Company that is complemented by Mission-style lanterns and art pottery. Genuine hospitality and good food are served up daily. So, plan a trip soon. We can't wait to see you!

Rhythm of the Sea is a lovely B&B set away from the crowd. The town of Cape May is a story book with all the lights and cheerfulness of the Christmas season. We went for a horse & carriage ride, that was both romantic & informative of the beginnings of Cape May with history on some of the houses. Breakfast was a highlight. I love being waited on in such a beautiful manner. The food prepared for us was without exception. If visiting Cape May, consider Rhythm of the Sea, you won't be disappointed! Oh... I almost forgot... they have a pool table. My husband and I played several games. I did win... once :-) We had to cut our visit short (due to illness) but were received with an attitude of utter courtesy! We have been at other B&B's and were not treated with this amount of kindness.

There is only one complaint from both myself and my husband: we had to go back home. Wish we could stay forever.

My husband and I had a wonderful romantic getaway. Rhythm of the Sea provided a casual welcoming environment. Breakfast was delicious and all dietary needs were graciously met. We looked forward to afternoon treats and beverages. The beach is only steps away from the front door. They have beach chairs, beach towels and bicycles for guests to use. A guest refrigerator is on the first floor so we were able to keep our wine and cheese available for a pre dinner experience with other guests. There are many seating areas for guests to socialize.I highly recommend this B&B.

I have been vacationing in Cape May for more than 30 years, and our stay at Rhythm of the Sea was one of my best vacations in Cape May. Our breakfasts were wonderful!! Our hostess was a delight, and this Inn has the most spectacular views of the ocean. I would recommend this B&B over and over again!

The view from all the rooms are fantastic! I snooped around to see out windows! We stayed in one the front rooms which had fantastic view and room was very large as was the bathroom! It was very comfortable with air conditioning & ceiling fan. Breakfast done by outstanding chef had 3 of the breakfasts here, all was great! Location us directly across the street with plenty of insite parking. And the best part was how fantastic our hosts were ROBYN and MISTY were so warm and welcoming every day! They treated us like we were the only guests there! LOVED it here, and dud not want to leave! My husband and I will definitely return! Highly recommend!!!

We never stayed at a B&B before and heard horror stories about hearing the neighboring rooms. I hardly ever heard a peep! Room was clean, bed comfortable and view was nice from our room. The Breakfast was amazing! Enjoyed the old house living and feeling relaxed while there. When we came home from the beach there would be fresh cookies and tea and lemonade, we got spoiled! Only little problem was the water pressure in our shower, but didn't say anything because it wasn't that important, i figured it was an old house. I would definitely go back!

We had great view of beach, easy access. Very good breakfast and later day snacks. Good communication with manager and owner. Our room lacked water pressure but otherwise great.

This was our 9th visit to Rhythm of the Sea in 10 years and we can't wait to go back. The location is perfect -- steps from the beach, close enough to the action to walk, far away enough for some peace and quiet. The porch is the perfect place to have a glass of wine, read, nap or just be. Breakfasts are always delicious, and different tastes are accommodated. Rooms are always spotless. Beach chairs and towels available for use. I can't rave about this place enough. See you soon, Robyn!

Girls Get Away trip to Cape May was absolutely wonderful at Rythm of the Sea! My father recently passed away, so we took my Mom to Cape May as a little reprieve. My sister, daughter, niece and my mom all stayed in room #8, "The Jersey Shore Room." It was perfect! We loved every minute of our trip!!! Robyn was extremely hospitable and welcoming. The food was was delicious and we loved the warm cookies and iced tea and lemonade every afternoon. We are already making plans to go back! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing trip where we could all spend time together as a family!
