Our stay at the John Wesley Inn was wonderful ! We stayed in the carriage house. The amenities were beautiful and the owners, Bonnie and Lance were accommodating and gracious as usual !!! I give them and their stunning bed and breakfast 5 stars !!!

The B&B was like stepping back into the 19th Century of Cape May

Had a wonderful stay at John Wesley Inn. Room #3 was beautifully decorated and very large. We have stayed in many B&B's in Cape May and this was the most spacious. Food delicious. Hostess very helpful and friendly.

My wife and I stayed with Bonnie at her beautiful home to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we had a wonderful time. We were warmly met by Bonnie at our arrival and she showed us around both the house and our room (the Mt Vernon). The room was bright, spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. The morning breakfast was great (I want that waffle recipe!) and was a perfect way to start the day. I would certainly recommend this B&B to anyone.

My wife and I stayed for two nights after our wedding. Not only was the room beautiful (especially the second-floor porch), but the location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was walkable - beach, dining, shopping, bike rental - we didn't get in the car even once. It was a wonderful place to spend a few very special days!

Loved the breakfast and cheese and wine at 5 pm, and of course the hot cookies at 8 pm! Clean and classy decorative touches for the holiday!

Bonnie and Lance sure know how to treat people. This will be my second time spending a weekend at the John Wesley Inn. I enjoyed the hospitality and comfort. Breakfast was a beautiful setting as well as the environment in the living room. I would often read/look at events in Cape May magazines before dinner while the tree lit and the Christmas music playing in the background. Such a peaceful place. Bonnie even made me afternoon tea because I liked sitting in the living room for an hour before dinner. It was lovely.

Bonnie and Lance
Lance loves to collect vintage Corvettes. He has a few that he shines every weekend! Bonnie loves to collect vintage Wedgwood china. She also has a large collection of Hummel figurines on display at the Inn.
Every Sunday morning at the John Wesley Inn, Bonnie makes home made Belgium waffles. They are topped with fresh whipped cream and ripe, red strawberries. This speciality is served with slices of peppered bacon on the side. There is always plenty of freshly squeezed orange juice and piping hot coffee.
