Welcome to the Atlantic View Inn, a warm and comfortable Bed & Breakfast just 200 feet from one of the finest beaches on the Jersey Shore. Many of our rooms have great ocean views. Fireplaces and feather-beds complete an intimate atmosphere perfect for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We also provide beach badges, towels, chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and on-site parking for every room. Let us recommend and make reservations at some of our great area restaurants. Fishing, surfing, cruises are some of your options or do nothing but lie on the beach. Come, relax, and enjoy the view on our large wraparound porch. We'll be waiting for ya.

We love to stay with Chris and Deb! It's like staying with family...they make us so comfortable. Chris makes note of our needs (such as allergies) so that when we return they remember to accommodate. I have an allergy to down feathers and each time we come, they adjust the bedding. The rooms are so restful and comfortable! The breakfast and afternoon snack are so good. We look forward to coming back each year!

We've been coming for years. We keep on coming back. Wonderful owners, Debbie and Chris! Awesome amenities to include beach passes, towels, umbrellas, water, chips, etc.......I was a little concerned with not having their delicious regular breakfast, but now their continental is just as good! A busy house brings wear and tear, which requires constant updating....I highly recommend!

Deb and I appreciate the review. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and provide new things for our guests. We take these reviews seriously and would like more detail regarding your rating our rooms and dining if possible. I also notices there was no overall rating.

Lovely weekend, relaxing stay, charming and spacious suite(Montauk), very clean, comfortable bed and fresh linens!! All presented by wonderful hosts, Debbie and Chris
We really appreciate your kind words and hope that you come back again soon. The Montauk room is my personal favorite but we've done some work on several other rooms which gives Montauk a run for it's money. Thank you again, Chris and Debbie

Deb and Chris are wonderful hosts and the inn is beautifully furnished, comfortable and romantic. The location is true to the inn's name. We would highly recommend The Atlantic View in and are repeated guests there ourselves.
Sorry for the very late response. I have to keep up on these reviews. They're very important to us to hear both positive and negative comments. It helps us to do our job better. We do try to put forth a comfortable and clean environment for our guests and hopefully you have found it to be so. Please come and visit us again real soon. Chris and Debbie

Our stay in this beautiful inn on a quiet beach was one of the best experiences we've had. The owners Chris and Debbie and their manager had only one concern... were we happy and was there anything else they could do for us. Well we were VERY HAPPY and look forward to a return visit. Our room, The Montauk, as well as the rest of the Inn was clean and beautifully furnished and we loved breakfast and afternoon snacks on the wraparound porch with the ocean view. By the way we met 4 couples that have been repeat customers for 12 years if that gives you an indication of how great this B&B is.
OK, so it's 2017 so where are you? lol. Sorry for the very, very late response. Deb and I appreciate the awesome review and we would love to have you back again as a repeat guest. You are part of our family now so come on back! Thank you again, Chris and Debbie

My husband and I picked this Inn from its website and it was exactly what we wantedl! Our room was lovely (#1 Avon by the sea) with a private porch, a stall shower and a large jacuzzi. The owners (Chris and Debbie) and staff (especially Janice) -- could not have been nicer or more helpful. The Inn is immaculate, charming and quiet. We took NJTransit from NY's Penn Sta. to Bradley Beach which is about a mile from the Inn. (Chris met us at the train and insisted on dropping us off for the return although Uber/Lyft are available.) The beach and boardwalk are a a two-minute walk away. It's mostly about the beach for us and the beach is beautiful! The Inn provides beach tags, towels, umbrellas and chairs (the nice kind - low to the sand, adjustable and with high backs). While there are restaurants in town (less than a mile away), there are two conveniently located around the corner. A full homemade, delicious breakfast is made daily by Chris. We will definitely return. P.S. The town is mostly dry so you can BYO or frequent the liquor stores in town. The Inn provides access tags to an olympic-size swimming pool very nearby.
The train is such a great way to get to the Jersey shore. We hate that you would have to spend taxi fare to get to us and are very happy to pick you up from the station. We are very excited to begin our 16th season here and hope that we see you again. This year we have eliminated our full breakfast but have substituted an extensive continental breakfast which will provide a variety of food options. Thank you for the great review, Chris and Debbie (and Janice)

Tried to get back to AVI last summer for our 4th or 5th visit but it was booked. Made our way back this September for a few glorious days! Deb and Chris go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. You don't need a thing except your bathing suit; towels, chairs, umbrellas, bikes and even bottles of water are all available for the guests. Breakfast is always fun and delicious and they'll make eggs the way you like them if you prefer. Love, love, love this place!
We love this job! It's a lot of work but so worth it. We meet great people who become like part of our family.

This was the 5th time in 4 seasons that my wife and I have vacationed at the AVI, which in itself says a lot. The owners, Chris and Deb go over the top to make every guest feel pampered and relaxed. This attitude flows down to all the staff, truly creating a base for total enjoyment. Each of the rooms we have stayed in have their own unique stature, which accommodates for personal preferences. Breakfasts were varied, from blueberry-stuffed french toast & sausages, to egg & potato fritatta with side of bacon and fruits. The local restaurants are very appealing and within walking distance, if desired. We look forward to coming back again.
