Twin Doors exceeded our expectations in all areas. Lovely clean rooms, great morning breakfasts and very personable and friendly hosts. You can't miss on this B&B.

Twin Doors B&B was charming, clean, well appointed and welcoming. Due to unforeseen circumstances on the Innkeepers' part, they were unable to provide neither breakfast or coffee the next morning (a refund for this was provided). Room and bed were cozy and comfortable. Would like to return to experience the breakfast!

Rosemary and Hess provide a wonderfully welcoming environment to stay. They are friendly, extremely hospitable and knowledgeable of the local area and activities. The house was extremely clean and made us feel at home unlike a hotel that is very impersonal. I would and have highly recommended Twin Doors to friends and family.

We were warmly greeted by the owners who took the time to show us how everything worked in the room. Nice touches including fluffy towels, turn downs and chocolate treats on the pillows! Full breakfast with eggs and home baked goods. Easy walk to the harbor.

Twin Doors exceeded our expectations. Rosemary and Hess were wonderful and made you feel right at home. You felt like you were visiting extended family or friends. Sometimes you don't feel all that comfortable at B&B's and they were welcoming and friendly, but also gave us our space. The breakfasts were much better than we anticipated (like really good!) and the accommodations were fantastic. They paid attention to the little details like homemade cookies, refrig full of drinks and snacks just in case you want a little something. The location is perfect also. We are looking forward to coming back to Sunapee and Twin Doors will be our #1 place to stay. We've stayed at others in the area and Twin Doors is easily the best. Thank you Rosemary & Hess!

From the first moment we arrived on their doorstep Rose & Hess were the picture of the perfect hosts. The Twin Door was even nicer this, our third trip, than we expected. Clean rooms and bedding, private bathroom, large cozy family room downstairs, excellent large breakfasts, friendly conversation and great recommendations as to activities and eateries in the area are standard fare here. Cannot recommend it any higher. It just seems to get better each time we visit.

Our third visit to the Twin Door B&B in Sunapee NH was a memorable and enjoyable at the past two. Rose & Hess are the perfect hosts, greeting us our first evening as we arrived, helping with the luggage, turning down the bed (with a chocolate on the pillow) as we were out for dinner, recommending several great restaurants in the area and providing a sumptuous breakfast both mornings. We have already take friends back and recommended staying there to everyone visiting NE for the leaf peeping and we will stay there again! PS the web application did not allow us to register OUTSTANDING for all of hte categories above or we would have rated them as such.

Arrived to a warm welcome from our hosts; both very helpful and friendly; good local knowledge and sense of directions and knowledge of attractions and restaurants. Hosts provide good breakfast. Highly recommended. Would certainly return again.
