David, Muffy, and their dogs welcomed and treated us like family. It is obvious that they take pride in their business and cherish their guests as evidenced by the great conversations and sincere goodbye hugs. The property is absolutely charming with comfortable rooms and a lovely sitting area. I would love to return in the winter to read one of their library-worthy books by the wood burning fireplace. Breakfast was fresh and phenomenal; Muffy was so kind to accommodate our vegetarian diets with a three course breakfast using ingredients from the garden. The property is free-range and wildlife is abundant! Owls, deer, enormous and vocal frogs, as well as wild horses are also tenants of the property. I would live there too! My only regret is not being able to stay and explore a bit longer.
Thank you so much for such a nice review! The wild horses left and we were worried, but they are back today.

Muffy and David went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We loved seeing the great town, listening to bullfrogs.

I arrived after a week of traveling in Europe on business. I was looking for a place to decompress before going on to a hectic week at a business conference in Reno. The Ranch was just what I needed. David and Muffy were the perfect hosts. I felt very pampered. Thanks for a terrific weekend.

We arrived ahead of schedule and were warmly welcomed! Your knowledge of the history of this area made our stay with you that much more interesting. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm and generous hospitality. A nice change from the noise and bustle of those casinos!
