The Sweet Biscuit Inn is an elegant seven-bedroom Inn and separate Carriage House located in Asheville, North Carolina's quiet wooded neighborhood of Kenilworth. Centrally located, this magnificent 1915 Colonial Revival home offers lodging with urban sophistication, for comfort and friendliness—Southern hospitality infused with European spirit. This B&B is located only 1 1/2 miles south of downtown Asheville's shops, galleries, restaurants and cafes. Only 1/2 mile north of the Biltmore Estate entrance, the Sweet Biscuit Inn is convenient to all of Asheville's attractions. Whether you are visiting Asheville for the diverse cultural charm, the opulence of the Biltmore Estate, or the spectacular mountains of Western North Carolina, you will love the inn's perfect location. Lodging at Sweet Biscuit Inn features 11-foot ceilings, tiger oak wood floors, a dramatic formal staircase, a stunning ceiling-high library and a relaxing front porch, ideal for watching the neighborhood walk by. The rooms (all with private full bath) are unusually spacious; it is your hosts' credo that guests, should have the space to breathe and expand. Mornings at the Sweet Biscuit are Chef Claudia's prime time: She puts all her culinary skills acquired over nine years of cooking in Provence into preparing sumptuous three-course gourmet breakfasts. Do not expect the ordinary, but always an authentic French course. When was the last time you had breakfast dessert?

Great location to get to the sights in Asheville and surrounding areas by car. Christian and Claudia were great! Breakfast was an event......Yummmmmmm. Room comfortable and clean. Don't know how they provided snow in March but they did and it was lovely.

My husband and I have stayed at the Inn several times and during each season of the year. Christian and Claudia were welcoming and gracious from the first visit. We don't live far from Asheville so we actually don't have to spend the night when we come, but we enjoy the Sweet Biscuit so much that we always choose to stay and be treated to the special breakfast that Claudia plans so painstakingly and Christian presents so graciously. We have brought many friends along with us, and they all enjoy the experience. Lovely rooms and thoughtful touches make this a treasure. Lynda S

December 2017 Location of the Inn is perfect, you are literally minutes from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room was spotless, uniquely decorated with luxurious linens and towels. Breakfast was something special and so was the 6+ inches of unexpected snow. Porch candles lit-fresh cookies as you enter-it was wonderful.

My husband and I spent two nights at The Sweet Biscuit. It far exceeded our expectations. The room was quiet, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing. The special care that this couple brings to their B&B is amazing.

The breakfast was a 3 course experience! As a vegan, I was very surprised with the twists on each meal but that it exceeded the excellence of the non-vegan dishes. So if you're vegan, I recommend this for the food alone! Christian and Claudia are amazing hosts and thought of everything from amazing food, other B&B amenities to providing maps and suggestions on places to eat and things to do. And it's super close to the Biltmore, the purpose of our trip. I'll definitely stay here again.

Very nice place in a most charming area of Asheville. Everything to see and do in Asheville is easily accesible from this BandB. Claudia was a most gracious host and very helpful in her suggestions for places to see and dine. Breakfast was amazing! So full, forget about going somewhere for lunch! A very enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were so welcoming and attentive. The beautiful sit down breakfast in the morning was delicious and very memorable! We also thoroughly enjoyed the sweet treats ...home made macaroons as we came home in the evening.

Claudia and Christian were friendly and hospitable. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The highlight of the stay is the indescribable gourmet breakfast served at the dining room table and shared by all the guests. If we return to Asheville, we will definitely return to the Swee Biscuit Inn!

We fell in love with the city of Asheville, its vibrant downtown area, its serene surroundings, its eclectic food scene, its quirky and genuinely welcoming population. Even after 6 years, the excitement about our "new" discovery is far from having worn off. We strive to share that enthusiasm with our guests, be they first-time or returning "Ashevillians".

Authentic French Crêpes made to order are one of the many culinary attractions at the inn. Prepared in front of our guests' eyes and served fresh you can expect them on Sundays -- and occasionally during the week.
