The Bay Town Inn is located in the heart of historic Bay St. Louis. We are thirty minutes from Biloxi and one hour from New Orleans. There are ten spacious suites complete with a living area, small kitchen, full bath and king bedded guest room. The Cabana Room is fully accessible, and has two double beds. Week days, guests enjoy a light breakfast of homemade muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee. Weekend guests enjoy a full breakfast served to their room. Because of our pool, our guests and visitors must be a minimum of 15 years of age. Bay St. Louis is a wonderful, small town filled with great restaurants, shops, galleries and true southern hospitality. The Inn is across the street from the beach, and within blocks of all this community offers.

We had a lovely stay at the Baytown Inn in Bay St. Louis. It is within easy walking to restaurants and shopping. The owner has taken care than the rooms have almost anything a guest would need during their stay. A light continental breakfast is served during the week and a full breakfast/brunch is served on the weekends. Meals are either brought to your room or served to you by the pool if you prefer. Rocking chairs and a large swing are available for guests to use for your comfort to read, visit, or relax. We look forward to our next visit. Tom and Nancy
What a great review - and so happy we hit so many things that made for a great stay. Really appreciate your kind comments, and hope you'll be back again soon.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left Nicki made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The Bay Area is beautiful And the Baytown Inn is a wonderful bed and breakfast experience. We will definitely go back there.
Your review made me smile - I agree, the Bay is indeed a beautiful spot. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Look forward to your next visit...and thank you.

Loved everything about our stay. From the personal welcome to the homemade cookies to the homemade muffins each morning, this place is a great place to stay. Across the street from restaurants, the beach, and friendly bars.
Thank you so much and very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at the Inn, and in "The Bay" - isn't it a great little community? Please come back and see us.

We loved Bay Town Inn! We could walk to the town's many restaurants and shops, the beach and the marina. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the miles of Boardwalk and also touring the lovely town. Our breakfasts at the Inn were fantastic and delivered right to our rooms. The room was more like an apartment with all the comforts of home. The pool was a welcomed relaxing spot after a fun day of touring. We will go back and will also recommend this gem to all of our friends!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. Very glad you enjoyed our amenities....however I see we may not have made all of your expectations. If there is anything you can think of that we could do better, or differently please let me know. Hope to see you again.

The most amazing place very close to dining and local shops. Amazing pool on site Guests have to be 15 yrs or older. Very quite and stress free. Within walking distance of the beach and pier.
So very glad you enjoyed your stay at the Inn, and in the Bay. Being able to walk makes everything so easy doesn't it? Hope you'll be back again soon, and thank you again.

Lovely place ... and in a beautiful location. Breakfast was a muffin and yogurt on weekdays, so we visited one of the local shops for a "proper" breakfast. A quaint, peaceful town.
Thanks for review - and I'm concerned about your rating on dining. We have such great restaurants here, I decided early on not to try to compete with them. Sorry we did not meet your expectations - and hope you'll come again.

The Bay Town Inn is by far the best place to stay in BSL. It's just steps away from great dining, shopping, and the night life. The swing, hanging from the huge oak tree in the front yard, is thee place to be while watching the sunrise over the bay. Niki Moon is a fantastic hostess. She and her staff will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as they possibly can. Five star rating ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ All the way. Can't wait to go back!
You just made my day - don't you just love swinging under that oak and watching the world go by? So glad you enjoyed "The Bay", and our Inn - please come back again.

This was my second time to get to stay here and it was just as perfect as the first. Could not ask for a better, more relaxing place to stay!
Love it - a happy repeat client (now friend). Thanks so much for the review - it means more than I could say.

Besides being a great spot for vacations, this is a great location for entertaining clients!
Thanks for the endorsement - and just what we had in mind when building suites, vs a normal room. So glad you were happy - and hope to see you again.
The Lighthouse Room is located on the second floor. It has a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper, full bath and kitchen area. It is one large room of 750 sf with its own private deck overlooking the pool.
The Suite includes a parlor with a sofa (not a sofa bed however) and small kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A full bath, and bedroom with king bed complete the suite.
The Cabana room is located just off the pool and is completely accessible. It includes two double beds and a small kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The room is similar in size to a regular hotel guest room - not a suite. The full bath is accessible as well.
This house is located at 212 Carroll Avenue and is rented by the week, or longer. It is separate from the Bay Town Inn - but managed by the same owner. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with over-sized shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and private bath with a footed tub and shower.
