Let me tell you I was extremely skeptical about staying at a B&B. I had never done it before and it always sounded awkward to me. However, my wife and I stayed here July of 2016 for our honeymoon and this was one of the single most enjoyable places we have ever been. We stayed in their Great Northern Suite and it is absolutely gorgeous! The breakfast is fantastic and Woody is a really wonderful host. Homemade cookies are out at all times and they have a lovely cocktail hour with fresh made appetizers. The grounds are spectacular and you can easily get lost in the relaxation. If you come to Whitefish all I can say is you are insane if you stay anywhere else! I can't thank them enough for making our stay perfect.

Once again our stay at GML was Top Notch. The owners, the room the whole experience to include evening goodies, HUGE cookies and an unbelievable breakfast menu leave you asking yourself when do I get to come back. They are a short drive to Glacier Park (especially if they give you the back road route), just 3/4 of a mile from the neat downtown area of Whitefish and there is a great restaurant just across the street. Thanks again Woody for a wonderful stay.

This is our second time at the GML. Woody and Betsy are great hosts (this time Betsy was in Kentucky). They are right on top of everything without being on top of you. The Inn is close to Glacier Park and a short walk to downtown Whitefish with lots of stores and restaurants. There is also a lovely restaurant across the street. The B&B is spotless and the food (cookies as big as The Big Sky of Montana) snack, wine & beer in the afternoon and a wonderful breakfast make this the place to stay.

This B & B is excellent!! The Hosts made us feel right at home. We hated to leave to get dinner because it was so comfortable and enjoyable talking with the host and other guests. There were several areas to socialize and the evening hors de vours and choice of beer or wine was a pleasant surprise. It seemed everywhere we turned there were pleasant surprises!! We stayed in the suite because there were 2 couples. It was wonderful. The rooms were meticulously clean and welcoming. The bathrooms modern and like brand new. The breakfast was delicious!! If you need a place to stay in Whitefish this B & B is the place for you. Everytime I think of it, I smile. It was a highlight in our trip to Glacier! Cant wait to stay there again!! Thank you, wonderful hosts!!

The Good Medicine Lodge is a wonderful 'quiet' place to stay. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and cute décor. Breakfast was great and staff was so nice. We only wished we had arrived earlier in evening so we could relax a little more, our mistake...stayed too late at Glacier Nat'l Park, though that was good too. :-)

About 45 minutes from Glacier Park, Good Medicine Lodge is a wonderful place to use as headquarters for the area. Made to be a B&B all areas are perfect to either enjoy privacy or chat with other guests. Betsy's culinary expertise are only out done by Woody's easy personality and knowledge of the area. Beds are great and a wonderful nights sleep is easily attainable. Downtown Whitefish is about 1/2 mile away with nunmerous restaurants.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Good Medicine Lodge. Betsy and Woody went above and beyond our expectations in every aspect. The food was incredible. From the endless supply of freshly baked cookies, superb hors d'oeuvres and drinks, and gourmet breakfasts. We enjoyed the freedom to choose among three different breakfast entrees each day. The lodge was outstanding for its beauty and comfort. There is a great deck with a fire ring, hot tub, and exquisite herb and flower garden. We were very close to all the best of Whitefish including dining, shopping, lake and mountain access. Betsy and Woody were gracious hosts with a keen sense of how to cater to their guests needs. They really go the extra mile. We are already planning a return trip to this wonderful B&B. Many rooms have their own decks with views of beautiful gardens and Big Mountain. From our deck we watched humming birds in the morning and the Big Sky sunset in the evening.
There are two Standard Queen Rooms, each with one queen bed, vaulted wood ceilings and skylights in the bathrooms. All guests are invited to our full breakfast. A complimentary glass of wine or beer is offered each evening along with a light appetizer. All rooms have telephones, wireless high speed Internet, plush robes and are air conditioned. The Lodge has a guest computer, guest laundry, small theatre/library room with big screen TV and a hot tub on the porch with garden and mountain views.
