Only 2 negatives I can come up with (and I'm reaching) were that staying above a bar Saturday night the band plays till 1030. Not a huge deal for us but I can see how someone might want to know that ahead of time. 2 the dinner menu was a food truck from outside but it's a craft cocktail bar so I don't see how that's a fair catagory as dinner options weren't why we picked this place. The quiche that was left for us in our rooms more than made up for it. High quality breakfast items and coffee. Great location and clean fun rooms. We enjoyed the private balcony and thought our hosts were very nice people. I will do business with them again for sure and would absolutely recommend them to anyone passing through Hermann. We stayed for 3 nights for a wedding in Hermann and it was the perfect retreat! Spacious and beautifully decorated, we arrived weary from our journey to find this peaceful spot. Delicious homemade goodies were set out and a homemade quiche and cinnamon rolls were in the fridge for our breakfast during our stay! The suite was very spacious with an outdoor area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Bed was comfortable.... I had read from previous reviews that the noise from the bar below could be a problem at night but it wasn't for us.The bar closes at a reasonable time(only open on Fri & Sat), so no chance of things getting crazy and loud in the wee hours. We could hear muted laughing and talking but it was not a problem at all.The owner couldn't have been nicer and made sure we were well taken care of. Lovely and clean, nice towels...it had it all. We couldn't have been happier. If we lived closer, it would be a regular spot for us when in Hermann!

The room was much bigger, brighter, and had more charm than I expected. The photos do no do it justice. Everyone at The Bank Bar is really chill and we stayed in there longer than planned because we were having such a good time. The food provided for breakfast was a welcome surprise. If this place is in your list of potential choices, you should just go with this one :)

We stayed for the Wine Trail event, Bacon and Wine. The Schiller Guest Suites was everything we hoped for and so much more! The room far exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, and almost had a New Orleans feel which we loved. The one thing we weren't expecting was the egg bake, orange juice, eggs and fresh cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator for breakfast the next morning! All were very delicious! Don't forget to stop by the Bank Bar downstairs for a great drink! We did many times and you will not be disappointed. If we are ever in the Hermann, MO area again we will definitely stay here!

Great stay at Schiller Suites. Rooms were spacious and breakfast quiche was outstanding. Wayne and Connie are great. Couple of notes. If you are staying in the top suite there are two sets of stairs. Also, make sure you read the fine print. No TV. :)
