We went for a short overnight getaway and Lucinda’s on the Hill provided everything we were looking for. It’s beautiful, historical, comfortable and ran by awesome people. We felt at home the moment we walked in. We were welcomed with an anniversary basket on the bed filled with yummy treats along with other things. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms were spacious. I wish weather had been nicer when we were there so we could have taken advantage of sitting outside. It just means we have to come back! And we will be back. Perfect place for a quiet getaway. Oh and breakfast was delicious!!

We've stayed here since 2000 and has only improved! The newest owner has followed the previous owner and taken the B&B to the next level. Very comfortable rooms and beds, and relaxing surroundings. One of the few B&B's in Hermann who has a full breakfast. We'll continue to return for many years to come! Thank you, Kay!

Kay and Jim made us feel so welcome. It felt like we were visiting friends for the weekend versus going to a bed and breakfast. Kay made wonderful breakfasts and because of the heat had cold beverages ready upon our arrival. Thanks Kay and Jim for making our first trip to Hermann a wonderful experience. Looking forward to coming back in October. Thanks again for your hospitality! Your new friends, Eric & Michelle!

Lucinda "Kay" is outstanding! She is excellent at her job as owner/operator. This place feels like home. It's so incredibly comfortable and welcoming, with all the amenities you could ask for. Including handicap access with a room that's entirely wheelchair and handicap accessible, even the bathroom on suite! Thank you Kay for being an excellent hostess!

Kay was so nice and very welcoming right as we entered the door! Her home is so clean, spacious, and was decorated for the holiday season! We stayed two nights and she had the perfect accomodations for us. We loved it and will definitely be back soon!

My wife and I hade a great stay. Kate made us feel very welcome. Great place to put your feet up and just relax!

Kate was very nice and we enjoyed our stay here. We've recommended it to others since who have also had great stays. Nice private bathrooms and a private entrance to the home. When we stayed, no other guests were present so we had the place to ourselves. The rooms are quite close together and we brought an ocean sound machine, thankfully, because it is absolutely silent there as night! Will plan to stay again when looking for a reasonable B&B close to the heart of Hermann.

Kate and Perry are such wonderful people. From the time we arrived on Friday afternoon when Perfy gave us a tour, as well as answer any questions we had, since it being our first time to Hermann, we had quite a few. The best part of our stay was the relaxing atmosphere of the bed and breakfast and the delicious breakfast cooked by Perry. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, cheesy hash town casserole, fruit etc. we needed a weekend away from the normal grind of our daily lives and that is what we got. Another couple staying at Neufeld and Davies the same weekend as us, they had been their 13 times previously. That says something -- now I know the reason people keep coming back. I too shall return! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

My husband and I went for our anniversary and were only able to stay for one night because they were fully booked on the second night. The house is extremely clean and nicely decorated. Perry and Kate are great hosts. When we arrived they told us that they would have a fire going in the fire pit for us when we return from dinner. Perry made breakfast and it was great. Just perfect for the price. We will definitely come back when we can stay for more than one night. Thanks Kate and Perry.
