Park your car and walk to three wineries, restaurants and bars. Listed on the registry of historical homes, this beautiful half timber, half brick home dates back to the early 1840's. Timbers with holes where ropes once linked them together are a reminder of river transportation years ago. In the 1800's, the home was owned by a shoe cobbler, Friedrick Kraemer. Enjoy the beautiful rock and flower garden. Nancy is a massage therapist, so ask about getting a massage! Massages by appointment only, check website for prices on massages. While the eclipse was truly awesome, our four days in Hermann were so much more. Nancy was a gracious hostess, and so helpful to my wife and me each day as we explored this beautiful part of Missouri. She delivered a different home-cooked breakfast each morning, all delicious. While the rooms had all creature comforts necessary, I particularly enjoyed the quaint, historic feel of this B&B. I recommend it without hesitation.

We celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary during our stay and it was the perfect place. We had a relaxing, interesting and comfortable stay. This was the first time we stayed at a B&B. The cottage was perfect. There was enough space I was able to unpack so we did not have to live out of suitcases for the 7 days. The cottage was comfortable, clean, private and had all the comforts of home. Nancy's breakfasts were outstanding from the french toast, egg casserole, blueberry coffee cake and more. The location in town was ideal so we walked to eat most meals and to visit museums and specialty shops. Nancy's suggestions of places to visit and eat were always great. Thanks Linda & Bill

We stayed in the cottage portion of the B&B for our wedding anniversary. It was a cozy and relaxing place to be! The cottage has two main areas - a bedroom with a really nice fireplace, and a sitting area with a couch. The sitting area has a coffeepot to keep you warm, and a refrigerator to keep your wine and leftovers cold. The front of the cottage has a large table, perfect for eating our morning breakfast (which we thoroughly enjoyed). Even though it was chilly outside, we found most destinations in the town within walking distance. Nancy was very hospitable, and had great suggestions regarding where to go in Hermann. We would visit this B&B again.

This is the only Bed and Breakfast we'll ever stay at while visiting Hermann, Missouri. Nancy is the most gracious hostess when it comes to focusing on the dietary needs and comfort of her clients. In addition she is an invaluable resource of information when visiting local attractions and unique points of interest in and around Hermann. Her breakfasts are great and her rooms are always immaculate and quite cozy. The Cobbler Room and Cottage is the best Bed and Breakfast in Hermann.

This was our first time to Hermann. We had a wonderful time, starting on the Amtrak, with a short walk from the station to the Cobbler Room and Cottage. So many things to do in walking distance. Even the trolley picked us up and dropped us off at our door. We stayed in the cottage with wonderful furnishings. Everything we needed was supplied. The breakfast was to die for, even delivered to our door. Nancy was a fantastic host. We are planning a yearly visit and will be back to this gem!

We had a great stay in the Cobbler Room at the Patty Kerr! Nancy is so sweet. The room was cozy with a gas fireplace, an outside entrance, kitchenette, and private bathroom. We loved having our breakfast brought to us... and the breakfast was great!! Home cooked, which is important to us! We also very much enjoyed a massage from Nancy. We will be back again real soon!

The Cobbler Room & Cottage B&B was just perfect for our get away. It was very quaint and centrally located to everything. Nancy was an outstanding hostess and guided us in many aspects of our trip. The cottage was lovely and had everything in it we could possibly want. The breakfasts were fantastic and were served to our room promptly every morning. We loved the quiet setting, and got to enjoy the gardens of their home. Would most definitely recommend to everyone to stay at this quaint little retreat. We plan to return to Hermann sometime in the near future and definitely will want to stay here again. Nancy, thank you so much for everything and giving us advice about places to eat and see in Hermann.
