Abigail's was our first B&B experience, and we weren't disappointed! The room we had was the perfect size for the two of us, and we had our own private bathroom, which was a must for us. The innkeepers were super friendly and the food was an especially nice touch. Who doesn't love when food is brought straight to their room? The best part about Abigail's was the location. It is close to a lot of the action, close to the river and within walking distance of several local establishments including Hermanhoff Winery, Tin Mill Brewery, Hermann Wurst Haus and Black Walnut Bistro. We definitely made our rounds while we were in town to check everything out! A great first trip to Hermann for us, and we will be back!

My husband and I stayed at Abigail's for our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect. Laurie and Gary pay attention to detail and we enjoyed our conversations. They allowed us to check in earlier than we had previously planned which gave us more time to explore and enjoy Hermann. They gave us good recommendations for places to eat, wineries and what local attractions not to miss. A sweet treat was waiting for us each night we came home . The breakfasts were wonderful and so filling. They bring them to your room which was great. The cleanliness was top notch as well. The inn is such a great location, within walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants. You can't go wrong with staying at Abigail's. In fact my husband and I are ready to come back again next year!

Just celebrated our 37th anniversary at Hermann. We were so lucky to have found Abigail's Grape Leaf Bed and Breakfast. Our room was very elegant. The decor was very nicely done and perfect in every way. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a great shower. The rooms were very clean.Breakfast was served in our room. The food was wonderful and servers on china. The portion size was more than we could eat. In the afternoon dessert was served. Wow is all I can say about how delicious they were!!! No dieting these two days! The location was great. Walking distance to several antique stores, historical homes, the Museum, and very nice restaurants. The best part of the trip was making new friends. Gary and Laurie were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed visiting with them about everything from family to hearing about their vacations. Time flew by while we visited. Laurie is so talented!! Both Gary and Laurie are very dedicated to making sure everything is perfect for their guest. We could not have asked for any where more perfect to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you Gary and Laurie!! Great memories were made. Kevin and Pam Little, Clinton, Mo.

We stayed for 3 nights with 2 other couples. It was Octoberfest, so it was busy in Hermann!. The roomies were all themed- Paris, London and Germany. Very clean and well done. Dessert was our first meal there and all 3 nights were tasty. Breakfast were a little later than we preferred, but worth the wait. The hosts were gracious and intelligently conversational. We all would stay again, just outside of Octoberfest to save a few $ and have more time at the winweries.

We stayed 2 nights in the Happy Wanderer Cottage at Abigail's Grape Leaf B&B and had a wonderful time. The cottage was roomy, wonderfully decorated and conveniently located. The breakfasts were spectacular! We enjoyed getting to know the owners and explored the beautiful town of Hermann while taking a break from biking on the Katy Trail. What a terrific experience - hope to return soon.
