Fall Color Tour West Michigan

4.0 on October 26, 2016

Besides the beautiful falls colors, The Arcadia House is, and will be again, the place to stay. From the peacefulness of the home, to its beautiful décor and amazing breakfast. The Arcadia had it all. The Wisner's were perfect host, welcoming us into their home. If you stay with your Wife or Girlfriend, I highly recommend getting her the Hot Stone Massage.Mine raved about how great and relaxing it was for her. Patrice did an outstanding job. Can't wait to make a return trip. Ed & Chelsea, Howell, MI

Returning soon.

We have stayed at Arcadia House twice. Love it so much, we will return asap. Delightful B&B just minutes from Lake Michigan in a charming little town.

Great stay at Arcadia B&B!

Greg and Patrice are great hosts

My first B&B experience

5 on September 17, 2016

I didn't know what to expect staying at my first B&B. Being in the cleaning industry for 20 years, I am a very particular person. I was very impressed with my room and the breakfast served was delicious. The property looked well cared for and owners were very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend the Arcadia Hoyse Bed & Breakfast and would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Golf trip

4.4 on August 31, 2016

My wife and I stayed for two nights while on a golf trip to Arcadia Bluffs. We had a great stay. Arcadia House is very convenient to the course. Greg and Patrice are wonderful hosts. The breakfast they serve alone would make the stay worthwhile. If we had the option, we would have booked one of the larger rooms.

Weekend Stay

Greg and Patrice were friendly and accommodating. Offering advice when asked. Their knowledge of the area is excellent. The room was spotless and the house friendly. Would not hesitate to go back.

Loved our stay! The owners are friendly & very helpful. Excellent beach access. We will be back! ¿¿

Very nice, but small room.

4.6 on July 24, 2016

We enjoyed our stay at the Arcadia House. Our only complaint is the size of the room, Jolene's room, which was smaller than we expected. The quarters were quite tight and the bathroom was exceedingly small. Otherwise, a lovely stay. Very nice house, great service, delicious breakfast, helpful hosts. Would stay again, but might try a different room.

Great except for slouchy beds

4.0 on July 07, 2016

We stayed two nights at the Arcadia House B&B. It's a charming place, in a small village by Lake Michigan. Just down the road from the local beach, a pretty spot which was uncrowded. The breakfasts were wonderful, the hosts warm and kind, but the beds really, really need to be replaced. Both my husband and I ended up with backaches after each night. Even increasing the price a bit would be worth it if that allowed the owners to buy some high quality beds!

Innkeeper Response
Thanks for your review! We really appreciate your feedback and take to heart what our guest have to say about our accommodations. But bummer, wish you had let us know that you were uncomfortable after your first night, there might have been something we could have done to make you more comfortable. Each of our rooms has a different bed type. We believe that you stayed in Josie's Room, the room with the softest bed, which some guest prefer, but it may go to the extreme for others. We'll definitely make a change soon based on your experience. We sincerely apologize for your aches and hope that you'll try us again. Thank you!

Fall Delight

Location is just South of one of the most spectacular views of Lake Michigan you will ever encounter. Arcadia House could not have been cleaner. For evening eating there are facilities ranging from 2 - 12 miles away.
