Great place for some R&R

5 on September 05, 2016

Walk the grounds, or relax with a cup of coffee or tea in the parlor. Or take a cooking or canning class! Also close to White Lake. Very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Valerie and John are wonderful hosts who have lovingly restored this farmhouse. Don't miss out on the great breakfast!

1920's Farm Porch Room

The 1920s Room is our Master bedroom. Named for the roaring twenties when art deco was new, flappers where the style, and jazz became the rage. Located on nearly half of the upstairs space, guests will enjoy lots of natural light beaming in the six nearly floor to ceiling windows and over 400 sq feet. Painted in the pastels of the times, this room is reminiscent of a 1920’s era farm sleeping porch and the surge of outdoors and recreation that occurred in that era.
