Great stay!

My wife and I needed a little getaway so we decided to check out one of best brewery cities in the USA, Grand Rapids Michigan. We stayed at the Leonard on Logan, and it was outstanding! Great location, and great staff! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful mansion. Keep in mind that Monday thru Friday it's a continental breakfast, pretty sure it's prepared on the weekends.

Wonderful B&B in Historic Hill district in Grand Rapids, MI

We had a lovely stay at The Leonard at Logan House this past weekend (March 24-27) we were in town for a wedding and this B&B was only 3 blocks to my brother's house. This was our first visit to Grand Rapids and while is was a gray and rainy weekend, our stay was pretty close to perfect. They were well booked by the time I made our reservation so only 2 or 3 rooms were left for the days we needed. We stayed in the Baroness room that overlooks the rear of the property. It was a nice quiet street and parking in front of the Inn was always available. We arrived a bit late due to a delayed flight and traffic driving from Detroit (Friday rush hour), but the staff were very understanding and helped us get in quickly since we were late to a rehearsal dinner. All of the staff/owners we met where very helpful and interesting. Breakfast conversation was only bested by the delicious food offerings (Veg quiche, Baked French toast and bacon were standouts). Treats were available throughout the day which really helped with our crazy schedule. The house itself is beautifully maintained and charming. Our room was a little snug but it has a terrific bathroom and dressing area. We also had an iron/board for touching up our wedding clothes - so helpful! I look forward to returning to Grand Rapids and returning to The Leonard will be a part of that trip. Thank you!

Great Stay

Very large and clean B&B. There was a weekday special in the winter and it worked out very well. I was concerned about parking on the street but it was quiet with very little traffic and the street was larger than many city streets. The breakfast on weekdays is continental so nothing real special but there was homemade quiche in the frig to be warmed and the coffee machine made excellent coffee. Also the snacks were available 24/7 which is nice. Overall a nice stay with friendly people.

Beautiful Property

I was fortunate to be able to take advantage of their weekday winter special pricing while on a recent work trip to Grand Rapids! The property was beautiful. The room was large and bed comfortable. I LOVED my gigantic bathroom. I only wish I could have stayed longer than one night.

Snowed in for an extra day

We went to the Leonard for two nights for a December wedding. Grand Rapids received lots of snow so we stayed for an extra night. The Leonard is our favorite B&B and the weekend breakfast is delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we've been there, and we plan to go back.
