The Historic Webster House is beautiful! The photos are true-to-life. The owner, Debra, is so welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are comfortable. This B&B is perfect for a romantic weekend. My husband and I have stayed here three times and we will definitely return!

Staying at the Historic Webster House was a real treat. We stayed in the Miss Yungi room. It was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated. This is an historic home in downtown Bay City and we were able to walk to the waterfront and many restaurants. Breakfast at the Historic Webster House the best we've ever had at a B&B. Debbie really outdid herself.

We've stayed at the Webster house twice now. We're from Bay CIty and come back to visit family. It has been fun to see Bay CIty slowly re-invent itself over the years. The location is across the street from the church we were married in, and the downtown location is ideal. These personal attachments for us aside, the B&B is top shelf. Each room is unique and the house has plenty of spaces for quiet reading if relaxing is the plan. There is nothing more disappointing than heading to a long weekend getaway to find that the B&B room you've rented was painstakingly decorated and outfitted to represent a mundane hotel room! There is none of that here. The house is done exactly like seasoned B&B consumers would do it if they dared open one. The room rates are also refreshingly nominal. I have paid three times the going rate for half the charm. The breakfast is top shelf, and prepared for guests as they arrive to the dining room. The personal touches are also over the top. Our first stay was our 15 year anniversary and we were greeted with personal stationery welcoming us and a Cake that was amazing. The owners stock the rooms and offerings from excellent local businesses, inviting you to explore their sources. I would rate this B&B as the best we've ever stayed at. We've stayed at upscale hotels that were close, but that's not the point. Stay at Webster and expect a truly excellent experience. I will also say, that this B&B is formatted almost exclusively for couples. Parking is limited so you'll likely be parking on the street, which is no big deal. Well done! Cheers!

We booked the Keep Room with the private spa for our honeymoon. My expectations were high and the suite and spa blew them all away. I don't know where to start... The room was unbelievably beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. The spa was breathtaking and everything from the sheets to the towels and fluffy robes were sumptious. The fireplace and ultra-comfy chairs to cuddle in! So lovely and relaxing... The service was amazing. The innkeep was super friendly and helped us pick the perfect restaurant for dinner and gave us addresses for some wonderful shopping boutiques all minutes away. She helped my new husband print off some surprise paperwork he needed for last-minute business. She cooked us a wonderful breakfast and left an incredible cheese plate and wine reception...AND a miniature wedding cake right in our room! She was absolutely wonderful and put the icing on our stay. This is the place you're looking for. You're not going to find anything else even close for romance and luxury. The perfect getaway ¿¿

It was my first time staying in a B&B and I was nervous because of all the horror stories I’ve been told! But this place was beyond pleasant! The women who run this place are so sweet and welcoming. The rooms are each so unique and comfortable and they really add so many little details to make you feel right at home. The house itself is just beautiful and romantic! Decorated as if you walked back in time! Constantly made me feel underdressed haha! Lastly the food was fantastic, they really put a lot of work into makeing sure you’re satisfied with your stay. Overall 10/10!!

Had no experience with this place, no personal recommendations. I went off of internet reviews and if anything they may have undersold it. The room was amazing, the jacuzzi tub was fantastic, the staff met all of our requests including a late check out and even passed on a recipe from a scrumptious breakfast. My girlfriend was ecstatic and cried tears of joy when she saw the room and all the little things we had laid out for her. We plan to be back and probably often
Perhaps the most majestic of all of our bedrooms, the Webster Room is named for the Honorable Thomas E. Webster, who was a prominent probate judge and the original owner of the home. The room features a grand Jacuzzi tub with plenty of room for two, surrounded by intricate maroon and ivory tile work. It is a beautiful room perfect for celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary or any other special occasion. Deep maroons and golds accent the room, which also features unique ceiling lines. A beautifully carved, feather-top queen bed with custom bedding, a towel warmer and flat-screen high definition television are among the room?s many offerings. A lovely writing desk can house your laptop, enabling you to connect to our high-speed Internet. A private bath and separate sink and makeup mirror are the special touches we offer in this rich and inviting room. Turndown service, complimentary beverages, free wi-fi, in-house ironing and in-room mass
The verdict is in: The Judge's Chambers is the room for casual comfort. In keeping with our desire to differentiate The Webster House's third floor, this suite is adorned with a more modern palette of slate blue, tan and brown. It is ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Bay City and the surrounding areas. Our cozy Jacuzzi tub is dressed with green and white ceramic tile and sits below skylights for a view of the Michigan sky while you enjoy a hot bubble bath. Although a brass queen bed encompasses the space near the slanted and unique ceiling lines, clean and modern is the feel of the room. Want to catch up on some reading? Have a glass of wine while sitting on our window seat or put your feet up and relax. Turndown service, complimentary beverages, wi-fi, in-house ironing and in-room massages are among the many amenities we offer to make your experience at The Webster House memorable.
As you enter this rich and inviting room, you will be awed by its high ceiling, crown molding and jeweled hues of red, pink, gold and green in the hand-screened wallpaper that envelops the room with a cozy grandeur. Your ensuite marbled bathroom and gold toned vessel sink are the perfect complement, feel the luxury that awaits you! A framed signature of the man who hung and signed the original wallpaper in 1888 adorns the wall of this memorable room, which invites you to relax and take a step back in time. Fine furnishings including a carved cherry, feather-top queen bed and custom bedding for European-style sleeping accentuate this exquisite bedroom. Amenities such as wi-fi, cable television and a DVD player are available, or just relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the downtown Bay City skyline while sitting near the large, cozy bay window. Want to relax in a whirlpool tub? Add on to your stay in the Signature Room our all-new, exquisite Spa an
