We found this inn online and were not disappointed! Room was clean and comfortable. Meghan was so attentive and a real pleasure to meet. We will definitely return. We did not eat at the inn so our score for that is given only because the review demands it to complete.

Stayed in a suite in the Cottage. Room was good sized. Well maintained. The inn owners were outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was below par. The muffins were very good but it was a continental breakfast no different than that at a budget chain motel.
I'm so glad that you enjoyed your accommodations. Our breakfast is continental but we also include on a daily basis fresh fruit salad, yogurt, granola, a variety of cereals, bagels and english muffins, as well as either quiche, frittatas, meats and cheeses and various other casseroles. We also cater to special diets such as gluten free and vegan. I hope you will come back to visit and enjoy our full plus continental breakfast once again! We also do Sangria Saturdays on our front porch during the summer. Thank you again for choosing The Atlantic Birches Inn, we appreciate your business.

Atlantic Birches Inn is a very nice B&B. The owners are super. It is an easy walk to the beach. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. We have stayed in numerous B&Bs and they usually have a unique breakfast, not the same thing you could get if you stayed at the Days Inn. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.
Thank you for your kind words! We offer a wonderful continental breakfast that includes a variety of fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit salad, yogurt and granola as well as a variety of cereals, bagels, meats and cheeses and english muffins. Everyday we offer a "special" that could be quiche, frittata, fresh biscuits with Maine Blueberry Honey or a variety of other casseroles. We also cater to special diets including gluten free and vegan. I hope you will come back to The Atlantic Birches Inn and try our breakfast once again. We appreciate your input. It helps us to improve! We also do "Sangria Saturday" on the front porch throughout the summer - it's a wonderful opportunity for our guest to get to know one another. Thank you again for choosing The Atlantic Birches Inn for your accommodations! We appreciate your business!

Meghan and Nancy are so sweet and helpful. Meghan waited for us to arrive (late). She was so gracious and made us feel very welcome. Nancy started our morning off with a smile, great breakfast, engaging conversation, and helpful suggestions about what to do in the area.
Thank you for your kind words! We know you have many options to choose from for accommodations and we are so glad that you chose us! We hope to see you again!!

Loved this cute little place! Our room was in the separate house and it was adorable...beautiful wallpaper, sloping roof, etc. Everything was spotless and very nice and quiet. The innkeeper was most helpful in giving us a suggestion for a place t have Maine lobster for dinner. Highly recommended.

Really cute place with a very friendly innkeeper. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Innkeeper was particularly helpful in recommending a good restaurant for Maine lobster!

My husband and I stayed here during a trip to Maine for our grandson’s wedding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect: 20 minutes from the airport, minutes from Route 1 and the interstate, and in close proximity to some of the best restaurants you can imagine (Rising Tide and Eventide). We stayed in the Old Orchard room and were very pleased with the spacious accommodations. The bathroom is a little small but it is private. To top it off, we could not have asked for better hosts. Nancy was very gracious and a pleasure to chat with. Her husband and daughter were as well. Every morning we enjoyed delicious bagels, scones, quiche and took a muffin to go. I don’t have plans to return to Maine any time soon (unless we get news of a great grandchild) but if we do, we will definitely return to Atlantic Birches Inn. Oh I almost forgot, it’s within walking distance of the beach.

This was our first stay at Atlantic Birches and we wished we could have stayed more than one night. The house is lovely and well maintained. The service was top notch. The location couldn't be much better. We'll be back.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The Inn is about as centrally located as possible--you can easily walk to town center and the beach in five minutes. The facilities were very well maintained and immaculately clean. The morning continental breakfast was very adequate and the freshly baked muffins were outstanding. Nancy and Steve are gracious hosts who chatted with their guests at morning breakfast every day. If ever in the area again we'll certainly stay here.

Searching for something fun in retirement! We stumbled upon the Inn while looking for a beach house in OOB. Meeting new people, planning events, providing a beautiful and fun vacation spot for others is what makes us happy! We have a big wonderful family who will be sharing in our new life! Our daughter Meghan will be managing the Inn full time. Join us on the porch for a cup of coffee as the sun rises or a glass of wine as it sets. Looking forward to making new friends from around the world!
