Location, location, location! We are ½ mile south of Sugarloaf's access road where people from all over enjoy the best skiing in the east and Maine’s #1 golf course. We are ¼ mile from the beautiful Narrow Gauge XC and Snowshoeing trails, and adjacent to the Sugarloaf Outdoor center which has become the epicenter of Mountain biking in Maine.With more than 100 miles of single tracks and growing, CRNEMBA is putting Carrabassett Valley on the trail map! After a fun-filled day of mountain and Valley activities, spend time together in the Great Room relaxing, watching T.V. or unwinding in front of the beautiful field stone fireplace. Curl up in a cozy leather chair in our library and enjoy a good book from our collection. Your host's will provide daily tea and fresh baked goods after your daily adventure, and as a licensed spirits establishment, beer and wine are available for purchase as well. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, this year round lodge is ideal for family gatherings, executive retreats, and small weddings. Although pets are not allowed, there is a lovable onsite lab mix named Gemma.

Take 95N to Augusta exit 112b. Merge on to 27N. Follow 27N through Belgrade, Farmington and Kingfield. Once passing the Outdoor Center, Town Line road will be on your left. Driving time aprox. 2 1/2 hrs.

  • Minimum Stay: Friday and Saturday night through the winter months there is a 2 night minimum.
  • Accepted payments VISA, Discover, Mastercard, Travelers checks, Cash
  • Deposit Amount Required: A one nights deposit is required to make a reservation.
  • Cancellations: We have a ten day cancellation policy. We require ten days notice prior to the reservation date in order to receive a refund. In the event of a cancellation the is always a twenty dollar processing fee. We do not refund for shortened stays.

Your hosts David and Kristie have more than 30 combined years of experience in the hospitality industry. David grew up in southern Maine and has enjoyed extensive travel around the United States, Central America, and Russia. Kristie, originally for the state of Wisconsin, has been in the industry since she was 15 when she began working at her parents restaurant. Both are avid outdoor enthusiast(s). Although pets are not allowed at the Inn, there is a resident lab mix name Gemma.
