Lovely stay. Perfectly adequate. Quaint. An American dream.

Delightful B&B

This B&B is a vintage classic that sits far back from the road and has 17 acres of land around the property. Lee and Ed are lovely. Be sure to see the map noting all the states and countries guests were from.

Beautiful old home with original detail. Proprietors run a great Inn. We'll be back.

Leona greeted us with graciousness and warmth, reflecting the feeling in the house and the hospitality we found there. The Knoll is a beautiful old manse with wonderful innkeepers and surroundings. Sublime in the fall.

We decided to take a weekend triip & at the last minute booked a room here for a very reasonable price. A beautiful, spacious old home with a very warm and charming hostess.Everything was wonderful. Note that 4 rooms (3 were occupied) share 2 baths, one with a shower and one with a tub only.

Our two night stay was very comfortable and conveniently close to Smith College and Park. We forgot our cell phone charger and didn't even notice once we were home! but Lee had alrready put it in the mail for us. Definitely consider staying here if you'll be in the area!

This was my husband's and my first B&B experience, and it was lovely! Mrs. Lesko was warm, kind and helpful, and it was a great experience. We felt comfortable and taken care of. The service was wonderful, and not suffocating in any way (which is what I feared the B&B experience might be like!). The house is pretty and homey, and our room was simple and full of country charm. The breakfast was delicious, with a spotlight on rhubarb which is in season right now. This was a very charming and pleasant experience, and we will stay again, and recommend to others.

Gracious, homey, beautiful setting & Low key hosts.

Set an Main St. in the small town of Florence MA, this lovely B&B is set back from the Road on 17 acres of Land. The home is spacious, rooms large and comfortable, the hosts welcoming.

It was very Authentic - not just an old house decorated to look like it was from the past. It was truthfully old. The owners were very nice. Would love to take our whole family there.

Loved it!

My husband and I spent a night at the Knoll this past February and loved it. The house is gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious - and included homemade strawberry jam! The hostess couldn't have been nicer, and we'd stay again in a heartbeat.
