Beautiful view of river from our balcony & multiple rooms in the house. Very friendly & trusting owners, as they were not there when we checked in. Wide variety of snacks & drinks available in addition to a very nice breakfast.

Laurel Grove Inn was a beautiful place for a weekend away. Tiffany was a great host and knew of plenty of things to do around the area. It was our first time in a B&B and couldn't be happier with the experience.

This was my first experience at a B&B and I absolutely loved my stay. It was a great experience all around and certainly plan on going back

I rated this B&B well in everything aside from service because I did not end up actually staying here, and I wanted to be fair to the establishment. Initially, I made my reservation and everything was fine. A few weeks passed and I realized I needed to change the dates of my reservation to a week before the week I initially selected. Same room, different week. I went through a lot of confusing emails with one of the innkeepers, they were having trouble keeping track of the room availability, our communications, etc. and overall I felt the interaction was fairly unprofessional after much back-and-forth. A month later, myself and my infant fell ill and cancelled our reservation as we live many states away and weren't fit to travel. We cancelled about a week before our scheduled reservation. I was sent a confirmation regarding the cancellation for the original, unrevised week! Overall I felt the innkeeper could have been a lot more organized and made my reserving experience more difficult than it needed to be. For this reason I cannot say that I will be trying to stay here again.

The view and the location are the most attractive part to many but the true treasure at Laurel Grove is the home feeling and the lovely presence of Tiffany & family who will want to move here!

Lets start off with the owner, Tiffany. She was a fantastic host, and went to extra efforts to make sure we felt right at home. We loved her two dogs as well, and they were very well behaved. Lots of included commodities and entertainment laying around that made it extra special (liquor, homemade food, pool table, piano, personal microwave & fridge, etc.) that kept us super happy any time of day. The river room we were in was quite splendid. The view blew my girlfriend away, the sheets were very high quality, and our room was exceptionally clean. The dining experience was also something of exceptional note. The breakfast we had was super delicious. Nothing better than a home cooked meal where the eggs are perfectly cooked and the recipe was something I haven't had before. I would've gone back for more but I tried leaving room for other adventurous foods in town. Lastly, the value of this experience was perfect for us. We didn't want to spend an arm and a leg in the city, and this was a good compromise for us. Honestly, it should cost a lot more to stay here in my opinion. Tiffany spends a LOT of time working on this place to make it cozy, fun, gorgeous, and it shows when you spend a night here. Give this place a shot if you're thinking about it, and I promise you'll have a good time. Thank you for the splendid stay and we will for sure be back in the near future :) -Chris and Rachel

Felt welcome form the minute we arrived. We were even invited to come back after we checked out to enjoy time by the river.

Let's start with the positive... the property offers absolutely stunning views of the South River and is convenient to Annapolis' Inner Harbor. Sadly the positives end there. Dirty and unkept best describes the actual Inn. The proprietors own 2 dogs and 2 birds and their presence was evident by the smell in the common areas of the home. The common kitchen area was dirty with grease evident on the cook top and dirty dishes stacked in the sink. We did not eat at the Inn as the dirty conditions we found made the thought of eating there very unappealing. The room appeared to be decorated in the "Goodwill" theme. Linens were mismatched and had bleach stains on the colored towels. The furniture was old and worn out. The carpet was stained and there was a very obvious accumulation of dust and dirt along the base boards. The stoop outside the side entrance to the room was covered in bird droppings and there was a hodge podge of paint cans, trash and other debris scattered about the side entrance to the room. The pictures and previous reviews are very misleading and certainly do not accurately depict the dirty and unkept conditions that we found. We use B&B.com properties frequently so we have an experienced frame of reference on which to offer this review. Laurel Grove more resembles a run down Boarding House than a Bed and Breakfast... we do not recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laurel Grove - Tiffany was great and gracious! The room was amazing with a private balcony overlooking the river, and breakfast was such a fabulous tasting treat!!
This serene king-size bedroom suite has a sitting room with a luxurious queen-size-sleeper sofa… The sitting room doors can be closed off and used as a separate bedroom that would share the suites’ bath. Best of all, the sitting room has a private porch that overlooks the river. The bathroom has his/hers sinks and a dressing room. As well as a walk in shower. This suite is on the first floor and is easy to get around by wheelchair, walker or cane. It could also be used as a family suite for a family of four.
Since we are an active duty Navy family we had to name one of our rooms after the founding father of the Navy-- John Barry. This two-bedroom, one-bath suite has a nautical theme. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, closet and bureau. The den area has leather sofa and chair with cable TV. This suite is on the ground level so you can view the river from your porch just outside your siding door. This suite has a separate outside entrance as well as one to the inside of the B&B. Just up a few steps to the front of the house, you’re on your way.
A single queen size bed suite with a private bath. This room is cozy and calm no matter what the weather is outside. With a great view of the river from your bed, you may not want to get up in the morning. This bedroom has an extra long tub/shower in case you want a long soak in the tub after a busy day. Then wrap yourself in our cozy robe, and sit in the rocking chair to watch the action on the river or its wildlife. This room is on the main level and can be navigated by walker, wheelchair or cane.
This suite can be accessed from the outside or from inside the B&B. You can pull your car up to the door and just walk in. Your large sofa is seated next to the expansive wall of windows overlooking the river. A great place to read a book or take a power nap, or you take a nap on the king-size bed. This suite is equipped with a full-size, private bath.
A single queen size bedroom suite overlooking the river. This room had the motife of the watermens life. The working life on a boat and the shells that come from the water we overlook. This cozy, quite room is light and airy. Since you are on the ground level you can stoll outside and sit in a chair overlooking the river and enjoy the view. Queen size bed w/ private bath, plush robes provided In room coffee/tea service Cable TV Indoor and outdoor entrance
