A charming New England Inn adjacent to Perkins Cove. In the quiet part of town our Inn offers cozy accommodations including two room suites. Relax on our veranda and enjoy an ocean breeze or perhaps some quiet time by our bubbling waterfall. Start your day with our own homemade blueberry muffin breakfast. A wine and cheese shop and made in Maine hand painted blueberry dinnerware available on-site. Should you decide to spend some time on the water, we have afternoon and evening charters available aboard our own sailboat.

Fourth stay this year, fourth room, over the last 9 years. Each time it was great. I'd say I come back for the muffins, but it's not only the muffins! Scott and Bev always make you feel at home.

Our second year staying with Scott and Bev. The Inn is in the perfect location -- off the main road and within walking distance to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Walked to "Little Beach" via the scenic Marginal Way each day. Breakfast served included coffee, juices, homemade blueberry muffins, and fruit with yogurt each morning. The room was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our #1 choice when we return!

We stayed from June 15-18 and absolutely enjoyed every moment there. From eating breakfast on the front porch to walking to the cove at night, everything was incredible. The room was clean and comfortable, the blueberry muffins at breakfast were awesome, and the location and walk to the cove was enjoyable. I highly recommend a stay at Yardarm Village Inn and you will love it!!

My husband and I have been visiting this charming Inn for years and keep coming back because we are never disappointed. The Inn keepers Scott and Bev pay attention to details and really care that their guests are happy with their experience. The Inn is spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. They always have a fire burning in the common area to greet their guests. The rooms are beautifully decorated with antiques and are very comfortable. The Inn has lovely gardens to read in or reflect, with a waterfall and a siiting area with a firepit. The Inn is very close to all the sites in Ogunquit. It is a short walk to Perkin's cove with it's shops and restaurants. Close also to Marginal Way, a walk along the cliffs overlooking the sea with spectacular views, and the beach itself. Every morning we wake up to the smell of delicious blueberry muffins being made, which are served with coffee, fruit salad and juice, either on their covered wrap around porch, beside the fire pit or in their charming dining area. The Inn also has a lovely gift shop that sells pottery, jewelry, among other things. They also have a good selection of wines and cheese to purchase to enjoy at the Inn or on a picnic. To top it off, a gift of chocolate chip cookies are presented to their guests for the travel home. What more could you ask for? We look forward to our visit every year. No wonder the Yardarm has so many returning guests! Joan McNeill

We had a lovely stay at this sweet B & B. Scott and Beverly are wonderful and knowledgeable hosts. They have thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There are heaters on the porch and a fire-pit outside to “take the chill out” if you happen to stay there during the off season as we did. The rooms and showers are small but adequate, the fruit cup and freshly made blueberry muffins are a perfect way to start the day; the home is very clean, the beautiful flowers and perennial gardens plus waterfall in the back yard make the grounds delightful. We’ll be back.

This Inn is right near Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, Maine. There's no need to use your car to visit the wonderful restaurants and gifts and to start your walk on Marginal Way. Bev and Scott are kind and welcoming. Everything they do increases your comfort and relaxation. The decor is beautiful New England, transporting you to a gentler time. No small detail is overlooked. Having been an innkeeper myself for 11 years, I can confidently say that they sure do it right! We had a lovely stay, originally booked for 2 nights and extended for a third. Wish it could have been longer!

We just got home from our second stay at the Yardarm Village Inn. Both times we have had a wonderful experience. Bev and Scott are gracious hosts, the facility is clean and well kept and VERY relaxing! Wish we could have stayed longer. Do not miss the opportunity to stay where you are close to Perkins Cove, some great restaurants, shopping, trolly system to take you further and yet while at the inn you feel like you are far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday.

Stayed here for a girl's weekend with family. The inn was cozy and beautiful, and Scott and Beverlee were wonderful hosts. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious and the location is perfect, just around the corner from Perkins Cove. Everything is in walking distance. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

This was my first solo getaway without any friends or family in tow. Ogunquit has so much to offer and I knew the area fairly well. But choosing where to stay was important to me. The pre-season rates were enticing enough for someone on a budget, but the quaintness and location of the inn was the big draw. And the fact that a husband and wife team were the innkeepers was comforting. (The history of the inn is fascinating.) My interest was further peaked by a potential sailboat excursion, courtesy of Scott, the innkeeper. so I had a few 'firsts' on my list that were happily covered on this vacation! Scott and Beverlee not only made you feel welcome and at home, their service for the morning breakfast, with Scott's homemade blueberry muffins as the centerpiece, with a lovely tray presentation, to wherever you wanted to dine on the property (I chose the front porch one morning and the side patio the next) was so sweet. The grounds surrounding the inn were whimsical and ethereal; a real retreat. I liked that it was close the Perkins cove but off the beaten path. I walked the area from the Cove to the center of town with ease, morning to night. No need for a car unless you want to venture further out in the area. As a female traveling alone, I couldn't have felt safer or more at ease. Scott and Beverlee always made time to talk and were most enjoyable as host and hostess. I found my new getaway spot!
We thoroughly enjoyed having you stay with us and were glad that the weather cooperated for your "first" sail! It is nice to have outdoor options for where to enjoy breakfast while you are here. We look forward to your return!
