Ullikana Bar Harbor

Great B&B and owners and staff were exceptional.

Great friendly spot in Bar Harbor

4.2 on October 22, 2016

This guest house is in a great location within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and shops. The owners were very welcoming and great hosts. The property is very well maintained and comfortable. The only surprise was no television or radio in the room, however, the room was spacious and very well maintained. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Fall in Bar Harbor

Our stay at the Ullikana was great. Roy and Helene were super nice hosts. The house has a lot of history and is in a perfect location. You can walk to everything within minutes. The breakfast was awesome. It's a cool place to just kick back and relax.

We traveled to Bar Harbor for our honeymoon and the Inn at Ullikana was absolutely beautiful. We love our rooms, the location, and of course...the tasty breakfast! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We had restful sleep and the owners were so very sweet and kind. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was great! The service was outstanding. The room was very small. The wine and cheese hour was fun- a great opportunity to interact with other guests. The location was very close to both the ocean and the town. The room was very small, but very clean. The innkeepers were both friendly and informative. Overall, a very good experience.

Roy and Helene were the most gracious and attentive hosts in this delightful inn. Our stay in Bar Harbor and the Ullikana was like living in a wonderfully mystic, Van Morrison tune. We loved every detail.

Best Anniversary Ever!

5 on October 09, 2016

We just recently celebrated our 25th Anniversary at the Inn at Ullikana. It by far was the most comfortable Inn we have stayed in. We felt so at home and loved the hospitality of Helene and Roy and the food was just incredible. Their thoughtfulness was truly more than kind. The only thing we would have done differently for our trip was to stay at the Ullikana for an couple more days. It was so close to Acadia and all it has to offer for hiking and was right in town which made everything so accessible. We can't say enough good things and would highly recommend this Inn Katherine and Marty Reynolds.

Amazing stay and location

The inn was in a beautiful location tucked away from the main road and near the water.

Simply The Best!

We recently toured NH, Quebec City and Maine. The standard of our accommodation really was excellent and so when we arrived in Ullikana for a six day stay it had a lot to live up to....... and it was absolutely wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice, the position away from the main street is perfect, the rooms beautiful and the whole house is a work of art/art gallery. the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfasts outstanding even for the USA but most of all Roy and Helene are the most delightful couple so much so I wanted to take them home with us but instead I accidentally took the key to OUR room........... thank you so much Roy and Helene ps I have sent the key back!
