"Elegant accommodations for those with discerning taste." This Falmouth inn is a Federal reproduction of a stately home from the 18th century tastefully and lovingly built in 1994. Framed by magnificent elms and a majestic beech tree, we sit proudly in the scenic grandeur of colonial days. The attention to detail in encompassing the old with the new is remarkable and truly a pleasure to experience.

With just three guest rooms, you get wonderful personal attention and a quiet restful sleep. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are elegant without being gigantic. The setting offers excellent walking access to downtown Falmouth and a short ride to Woods Hole. A great choice for a quiet getaway.

The Inn at Siders Lane is one of the nicest Bed and Breakfasts that I have stayed in. Jim and Maureen did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend the inn and hope to return again for another stay.

We love our time in Falmouth. Jim and Maureen are the most gracious innkeepers, always ready to assist you in any way. Breakfast is always wonderful. The Inn is beautiful, and manicured nicely, upkeeps are done periodically, to insure all the comforts to the guests.

We stayed at the Inn at Siders Lane for our anniversary. Jim and Maureen were most welcoming, the room and bath were beautiful and breakfast was delicious. The Inn is right on Main Street, but on the quiet block facing the green and the Congregational Church, so we could stroll to restaurants, shops and the beach!

We were in Falmouth for a wedding and decided to stay at The Inn at Siders Lane. The inn itself is in a beautiful colonial home opposite the Falmouth Green. The location is perfect just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Falmouth. Our bedroom and bath were large and immaculate. Maureen and Jim are gracious hosts. They answered all our questions about the area and offered us beach chairs and passes if we wanted to go to the beach. Breakfast was delicious. If you can stay on a Saturday, you will be treated to Maureen's creme brûlée French toast! Amazing! We would definitely return to the Inn at Siders Lane! Just a lovely Inn, you will not be disappointed.

We love the Inn at Siders Lane and Jim and Maureen. Both they and their Inn are outstanding. We look forward to staying with them every time we go to the Cape. It's the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The rooms are large, decorative and lovely. It is a great location. Maureen's breakfasts are fantastic and it is great getting to meet the other guests. You will be spoiled. Best of all, Jim and Maureen are wonderful people. They always make our stay the best part of our vacation.

We love visiting Cape Cod and always begin our vacation in Falmouth at the Inn on Siders Lane. Jim and Maureen Trodden are the friendliest, most helpful innkeepers we have ever met. Their Inn is beautifully decorated with three rooms all with great, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, great showers, Cable TV and Central air if desired. Maureen's breakfasts are outstanding- fresh fruits, juices, entrees vary daily- omelets, creme brulee french toast are just two delicious examples. She also has afternoon freshly baked cookies and either lemonade or iced tea. They have a refrigerator with complimentary cold water snd soft drinks. Loads of Cspe Cod references to help you plan your visit are available too. Both Jim and Maureen take a personal interest in your stay and can help with suggestions for activities, restaurants, beaches, day trips to islands. Their inn is steps away from downtown shops in Falmouth. Since no more than six / eight guests at a time the shared breakfasts allow for sharing of experiences and stories and we have met visitors from other states and countries and enjoyed the leisurely conversations. We love the location and Jim and Maureen. We have stayed here many times in the last 10 years and will certainly return again. We feel like extended family and appreciate all the wonderful memories at the Inn At Siders Lane.

Not only is Falmouth MA a beautiful place The Inn at Siders Lane was everything we hoped for and more.
