Broccoli and Crab Salad

  • 2 Crowns Broccoli
  • 2 cups Fresh Crab meat
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger root grated
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonaise


  1. Steam Broccoli for 3 minutes. Stems should just begin to soften and vegetable should be bright green.
  2. Add crab meat and mix well.
  3. mix ginger and mayonaise together blending well.
  4. Add ginger and mayonaise mixture to broccoli and crab. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
