Berry Stuffed French Toast

  • 6 Slices Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Twist Bread cut into 1/4" cubes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese cut into cubes
  • 4 oz Frozen Berry Medly
  • 1 cup Milk


  1. Place 1/2 the bread cubes in a 8*8 lightly greased pan. Put cream cheese cubes on top, then the fruit, and top with remaining bread cubes.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar and milk in a bowl. Pour over bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigeratoe overnight.
  3. When ready to bake, remove plastic wrap and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Remove from oven and let toast rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Cut into serving pieces, top with a pad of butter and maple syrup. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar if desired to decorate.
