40149 Crowes Landing Rd. , Pearl River, 70452 USA

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 strips Bacon
  • 1/3 grated Cheese
  • 1 chopped Green Onion
  • 1/8 pinch Cayanne Pepper (Gound Red Pepper)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Half and Half Cream

  1. While preparing dish, heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook bacon, leaving it somewhat limp as it will complete it's cooking in dish. (I cook my bacon in the microwave for about 3 minutes, time may vary.)
  2. While bacon is cooking finely chop green onion and set asside with other ingredients. Grease a ramkin or muffin pan.
  3. Place bacon on bottom of dish, letting it wrap around sides as well. Add 1/2 of the cheese and onion. Crack egg over the top and slightly puncture yoke.
  4. Top egg with the salt and pepper, remaining cheese and onion. Pour cream over the top and bake for about 15 minutes or until egg is completely cooked and has risen.
  5. Decorate plate with parsley or a green onion and serve quickly. You may wish to serve with additional bacon if desired. Enjoy!
