  • 2 cans 21 OZ CANS BLUEBERRY OR CHERRY PIE FILLING

Instructions

  1. FREEZE UNOPENED CANS OF PIE FILLING UNTIL FROZEN SOLID, AT LEAST 18 HOURS.
  2. SUBMERGE UNOPENED CANS IN HOT WATER FOR 1 TO 2 MINUTES. OPNEN BOTH ENDS OF CANS AND SLIDE FROZEN MIXTURE INTO A BOWL. BREAK INTO CHUNKS.
  3. POSITION KNIFE BLADE IN FOOD PROCESSOR BOWL AND ADD CHUNKS. PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH STOPPING AS NECESSARY TO SCAPE DOWN SIDES.
  4. POUR FRUIT MIXTURE INTO 8" X 8" BAKING PAN. FREEZE UNTIL FIRM. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. SERVES 6
