  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Cornstarch


  1. Turn on the stove to medium heat, stirring constantlyuntil the mixture is smooth, thickened and clear.
  2. Serve over waffles as an alternative to the traditional maple syrup.
  3. Thaw strawberries in refrigerator overnight. Pour contents into a heavy saucepan.
  4. Measure the cornstarch into the pan and mix with a whisk until the cornstarch is dissolved. Add the sugar.
  5. Add the frozen raspberries and stir until mixed. Remove from heat.
