Maple Baked Salmon

  • 1 lb 1 salmon
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt


  1. Mix together: Maple syrup, mustard, vinegar and seasoning and place in a plastic bag.
  2. Cut up salmon in 4(should be the thick center cut)and put in plastic bag to marinade for 20 minutes.
  3. remove fillets from bag and place on lighly oiled baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes and garnish with parsley or chives.
  5. Can be uses as appetizer cold. Cut up in smaller pieces and put on smoked flavored rice crackers.
