Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb Fresh Pacific Halibut
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1/8 pinch Salt and Pepper
  • 2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/8 dash Paprika

Instructions

  1. Filet fish and cut into small 1/2 in thick squares about 2x2. Soak in white wine for an hour. Pat dry and roll in sourdough bread crumbs with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in an oven to table oval baking pan, Spread with the sour cream, mayo and onion mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 min. until fish is not transluscent (120 degrees on an instant reading thermometer)
