This 7,000 sq. ft. Inn is located in the heart of the Smiths Grove historic and antique district, offers private baths, kingsize beds, sitting areas, central heat and air, 12' high ceilings, original chandeliers, two parlors, a library, and a dining room where you will be served a hot elegant breakfast every morning. Built in 1875 this historic mansion now offers a sense of history and a sense of elegance as it welcomes travelers to a unique experience. Heralded by our guests as one of the best B & B's they have ever stayed at. An evening spent on the large wraparound porch is an evening to remember. As you explore the grounds your experience will continue, with brick walkways leading to a large cast iron fountain, a rock garden with benches, all surrounded by a cast iron fence.

This is a great location - between the caves and Bowling Green. The place is like a museum and is every bit Victorian - inside and out. The hosts are great and we would be glad to stay again! The breakfast is awesome and lasts until dinner.

My husband and I stayed at Victorian House Bed and Breakfast on our trip to Mammoth Cave National Park. The Rhet room was cozy and adorable. Dana took great care of us and the breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed walking across the street in the morning and exploring several cute antique shops. It was located very close to the park. If we ever travel that way again we would gladly revisit Victorian House.

I found the Victorian House B&B on Trip Advisor and it had great reviews. My wife and I spend 2 nights there and we were not disappointed. Steve and Kathy were great hosts and the breakfast was really good. Smiths Grove is a small town with some nice antique shops. There are not many places to eat there but you are just a short drive from Bowling Green which has plenty of places to eat and lots of things to do. The Victorian House B&B is also about 15 miles from Mammoth Cave so make sure to visit that too. We really enjoyed our stayed and would not hesitate to stay again when we are in the area.

The owners, although having busy schedules were welcoming and not rushed. They shared about the house and the area. The home was nicely decorated and pleasant. This B and B was a nice find.

A step back in time, Victorian House Bed and Breakfast is an outstanding example of period architecture with lavish, ornate furnishings. Everywhere you look, you see something new, something special, something characteristic of Victorian taste and creative design. Our hosts, Steve and Kathy, were very warm and gracious, eager to please their guests . As a traveler, you almost want to put aside your outdoor plans and simply explore the house itself! Since we had to leave early in the morning, we could not stay for the full breakfast. That accounts for the medium rating on dining. But don't let that deter you -- other guests gave it high scores! We highly recommend this B&B, located just a short distance from Mammoth Cave.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Scarlet room. We enjoyed the room, the house, and the owners very much. We would definitely stay there again. Everything was clean, and very comfortable.
